So sorry to have abruptly dropped out of sight . . . but I'm back. We have moved from our house of 34 years to an apartment. At 78 years of age, my husband and I can no longer maintain a house on an acre lot, so we've been mired in the task of downsizing. A suggestion . . . don't get old and decrepit.
(Welcome Back, SueAnn!)
Good to see you back SueAnn - did wonder where you had disappeared to
Good luck in your new home - to me downsizing is a dreaded word

Downsizing should be a dreadful word, Lyn . . . it's agonizing! We've been married 54 years, so we had accumulated a LOT of stuff - plus the fact that neither of us is good about getting rid of said stuff after it's usefulness has been depleted. Fortunately, my daughter and son-in-law are moving into our former house so we don't have to vacate it all at once.
