Penny, what a fabulous ceremony!
Thanks Stephanie, and Penny, the bearer of good news!
Gee and I just went to Wal*Mart and bought a tent.
It was a Deluxe model with all the extra rooms and central heating.
Shucks I'll have to take it back.
I like the idea of burning my fingers, singed eye brows, and the like...
Nothing the the smell of burnt skin in the morning...
HA HA HA - very funny Jared honey. Somehow i think you are pulling my leg old chum
Well, i have just made holes in some cats eyes using a needle heated with a CANDLE !!!!
It worked so much quicker and without any damage to life and limb but you all forgot to tell me..............
NOT TO LOOK INTO THE FLAME    I THINK I'VE BURNT MY RETINAS!!!!!
Plus i could'nt see the eye shaft properly because of the afterburn so the holes are a little bit on the skew
Hope this gives you a giggle folks cos i'm having a right old laugh at myself - i'm such a divvy sometimes - Oh OK then, a LOT of the time
Penny
Oh Penny, I sure did have a big giggle!!
DON'T STARE INTO THE FLAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ha ha ha h, still laughing.
Hee Hee Heather!
You know, i try really hard to get things right but somehow things always go a bit Pete Tong!
Like everytime i get on a bus or train i get the nutter. 'Hello' they say as they sit down next to me 'Hello' i say back then stare out of the window hoping they will move on to another poor unsuspecting soul (i don't care as long as it ain't me) but they never do. I seem to have a big neon flashing light over my head wherever i go saying "Nutters Welcome", which is invisible to all normal people but blatently obvious to all who live in a parallel world.
Oh well, at least life ain't boring
PenPen
Penny,
You are too funny...
I am reminded of the saying...
"Like a moth to the flame... "
Have you made those pattterns up yet?
I wanna see pictures when your done.
I get even bigger nutters at work. The ones that call you by your first name... just because you have to wear a badge with your name in BIG BLUE LETTERS, doesn't mean that you like to be called by your first name by total strangers...
I think I have had more people come in that were HIGH in the last two weeks than in my entire time with the company.
oh how funny. that reminds me of a long distance coach trip i was on one time.a middle aged lady fell asleep on my shoulder. she talked constantly. and bless her dear heart she hadn't had a thing to eat nor drink for hours because the bus had been delayed and sent off all over the uk (i found this out in between having my ear chewed off). so i kindly offered her a chocolate bar out of my stash (yes penny i even take a stash on coach trips can never be too prepared hehe) and this poor woman was EVER so grateful that i gave her some food. it made me feel like a real good samaritan ! and no i didn't give her the chocolate just to shut her up hehehe
Penny like you, i have a neon light. many a time i have been standing in a coach que on my travels of the uk and complete strangers have asked me to watch thier suitcases while they goto the toilet, i must look very trusting !!!
Penny . . . who's Pete Tong??
Yes who is Pete Tong?
ahhhh - Pete Tong.
A British dance music DJ who has a show on BBC Radio 1 every Friday evening playing 'bangin' tunes and who's name has now become the rhyming slang for 'wrong'
So we say "it's all gone a bit Pete Tong" for when things go a bit wonky
Penny - off up the apple and pears on her plates of meat to get in the scrub a dub dub before going out for a Ruby Murray
solutions will be printed here on monday
Finally got those eyes. Sheesh! they really stare at you!
I should have them all packaged and ready by the end of this week.
These don't really have a shaft like safety eyes, more like a button shank on the back.
ahhhh - Pete Tong
Penny - off up the apple and pears on her plates of meat to get in the scrub a dub dub before going out for a Ruby Murraysolutions will be printed here on monday :D
"off up the stairs on her feet to get in the bath before going out for a curry"????
Am I right? My brother married a Londoner and her family talk like this.
I hope I didnt ruin it Penny? Matilda
Tha sounds something like my dad would say. I think Penny is right!
that is right but usualy now they would say up the apples on her plates and out for a Ruby . here are some more dog and bone = phone
trouble and strife = wife
sacepan lids = kids
Finally got those eyes.
Where can we see them? Show us!
On my site. I got several sizes in 9 colors plus some really big ones in clear to paint yourself.
Here's a pic.
I think I have had more people come in that were HIGH in the last two weeks than in my entire time with the company.
Jared, where do you work?
Nice eyes. I will have to keep those on mind. Especailly for my knitties!
Stephanie, I love those huge pupils. Will check your site!
Judi - I work at good ole Wal*Mart.
I just started a 2 month leave. I am so glad that I don't have to go back in until March!

Yay, Jared! I hope you really dig in and enjoy your time off.
Great site stephanie!!
Shelli -
I am trying to get ready for Toy Fair. Right now my sleep is so screwed up. I haven't been getting to sleep until almost 5am and then I get up about noon, which I don't like. I need to get myself turned around.
So must for enjoyment.
Steph -
I told mom about them and I think that she might be placing an order in the near future. There are some bears that we make that it would be better to use the acrylic type eyes just from an expense stand point. Thanks for getting them.
Yes all,
Mum has ordered twice from Stephanie. And the eyes are fab.
I just used my first pair of amber with the backs painted brown yesterday on a yellow bunny and they look great. When I get a sec I will post a piture, but that might take awhile.
And in reading one of the magazines I passed on a wonderful tip to mum, it was one of Miss Shelli's. She paints the eyes and then before the paint drys she drags a needle through, let's it dry and then applies a second colour to get that "star burst" effect. Mum did a pair and they look stunning!
I know that I wll be ordering more. I am glad that I didn't need to camp out as I don't really have the time for it. ha ha.
Stephanie -
They don't happen to have cats eyes do they?
Just asking.
