This morning I was talking with a friend on the phone (yes, a real conversation, not email  bear_wacko ) and I was saying I needed to find a picture of a West Highland Terrier.
She told me to go to Yahoo.com and then in the search box, put in "Image Search"...click GO
Then put in whatever I want to see pictures of and THERE IT IS !

Wow, instead of looking at every Westie website, I just got all these glorious pictures of Westies.
When I have more time, I am going to do a 'whole lotta searching'...what fun!

This is for you FIY folder!

Yeah - good old Yahoo - Google do it too!  bear_rolleyes

Does'nt it make life easier? Which to be honest - don't happen very often in this day and age, she says hobbling along on her zimmer frame sucking on her one remaining tooth ha ha ha

Its great isn't it.....
most searches have it some form or another MSN does as well.  Sometimes its ggod to try all three as they will show different pictures at times as well.

Yup, that's a neat trick, isn't it?  Google also does this, just select 'Images' from the line of text about the box you type your search text into.  Image searches aren't perfect technology, sometimes you get very odd things returned, but they are getting better all the time!

Cheers,
Kelly

For those of us who didn't know....we are 'in the know' now....

Tami, I am so glad you shared the picture of Tiffani ( who by the way looks like she deserves to be spoiled, what  a doll)....because that was my next question.  Do Westie owners dress their doggies up and obviously they do.  I am making a bride dress for my westie (stuffed of course) auction.
I hope I can make it the way I see her in my mind.

Yes Tiffani has all kinds of clothes! The cuties is her plaid jacket.
Westies look so cute in plaid.
I love the westies I have seen on ebay.
Esp. the one Mary Holstad listed back the first of Dec.
She totally captured the face of a westie. I guess I was
not the only one that thought so, boy the price went high.

I think I still have the link, I kept it because some of the pics
remind me of Tiffani.....

Holy Smokes Tami....6100.00?  How many 'real' Westies could you buy for that?  You know the kind that jump up, give you a kiss and wag their tails and give you their undying love for eternity !
It is cute for sure but nothing compares to your Tiffani, she is just a little love...you can see it in her eyes!
Thanks for sharing.

hahahaha I thought so too,
I think the lady that bought her is from Japan.
I have seen her get into some ebay bidding wars
before.

All the westies on Ebay seem to do well,
let me know when you list one, I would love to see it.
Your work is wonderful  bear_original

Thanks for sharing the pics of your cute dog.

Nancy,
Thanks for sharing that info.  I already knew about it, but hopefully it will be useful to other TTers.   bear_original
