I am not sure where we decided to discuss crochet bears. Mostly in miniatures so far, but these are not minis. I saw these on ebay and searched the web for a site. It is pretty new and I haven't bought a pattern yet, but I am very tempted. Raspberry and the pegasus are my favourites. I would like to make them in thread to turn them into minis. If you like crochet art visit this amazing ladies website. I hope she sells well and continues to develop patterns.
Thank you for that link... I save patterns until I will be able to do a good job of crocheting!!!
Here is another good one but it has crochet and knitting patterns http://www.lionbrand.com/
I wish I could crochet better, I want one of those potato chip scarfs that are on the first page!!!
Hi Kim,
I have pas (pattern acquisition syndrome) and very many links to crochet, knit, quilt and bear sites. Here is one for free crochet patterns http://www.crochetpatterncentral.com/directory.php and the sister site for knitting http://www.knittingpatterncentral.com/directory.php. Of course, there is freepatterncentral.com, but I degress from bear making. Did you see the pocket pets on lionbrand's site http://www.lionbrand.com/learnToKnitPocketPets.html ?
Those scarves look pretty easy to make, just try it. Hmm, in thread for a bear perhaps. So many ideas so little time.
I LOVE the pocket pets... I hadnt seen them... I wanna make mousie!!!
I know, if I beg my step mom enough, she will make them to go with my bears if I cant figure it out... I wanted to learn to make a crocheted bumble bee (tiny ones) so I could send one with each bear but I dont know where to start!
