Most of the leather I had was to stiff so I found a old leather glove
and cut out the shape of the nose I liked and used a small applique stitch
to attach it to his face. I was going cut out a felt template under it to help sew it on in the right place but that didnt work out very well
so I took my pencil and made a very light mark to show top and bottom as a guide.  Sew around the nose a few time to make it look even and try hiding your
stitches. 
I think it is Nancy Tillberg book that showed great directions on this. I have about
6 books and they all seem to be about the same.

I LOVE it Tami...what  a fabulous  'nosejob'  bear_grin   It is applied so beautifully too.
I really like the leather noses and I can't believe you did such a beautiful job on it the first go around.

Hi Kathy, I used just alittle stuffing in it. I didnt really know how much to use
and kept adding and taking it out. LOL
It was easier to sew around it though after it was stuffed alittle.
