Here is a Mink Bear (from a coat) that I made yesterday. I have a stole that a woman wants 4 bears from, so I had to make my pattern smaller. I think I really like this size.........I still think my bears of this style look like the Caddyshack Gopher! 
This little guy measures 10 inches standing and 6 inches sitting. He is sooooo soft and cuddly........

How long is the pile? We can barely see the eyes and the nose!!! His colour is gorgeous!
What are the paw pads, foot pads, etc done from? Is their colour violet?

The pile is about 1/2 inch. I don't like to trim real fur, so he kind of plays peek a boo with you. The paw pads and ear insides are made from the coat lining. The color is about the same as the material, like brown. He's been following me all day..... helping to make some penguins!
