swap-small.jpgMatilda and I decided to swap since my assigned swap buddy seems to have dropped off. If she does contact me I'll make another - no problem.

This is the bear and her friend that is on the way to Australia on a fast plane, hopefully.

The large bear is an original pattern and made from Schulte mohair imported directly from Germany for me. She's about 15" standing but is kind of plump and prefers sitting. Her ultrasuede paw pads have hand-stitched pads. Her bent arms have darts to turn them inwards.
The mini bear is made from Sassy Smokey fabric of course and is about 4-1/2" tall. He sits very well. He has large paws and drawn toes. The head alone has 13 pieces - a lot of fun to piece together.

Marion, they are both so cute.  Nice job
May I ask, since I am new to this, how can a little bear have 13 pcs to the head?
Wonderful work

MMMMMmmmmm 13 pcs to the head, I'm in awe!!!! That's is so much work Marion.! I have their photo hanging up here by the computer. I have a couple of friends that are rather envious.hahahah.
They are really wonderful. You have done an excellent job with the two of them. All I can say is ....'I will love them and care for them ', They will keep Sammy and Schnee company. They can swap travel stories.  I'm so excited I'm getting impatient now.hahahahahahah. You are very clever Marion and I feel quite priviledged. Thankyou.  Matilda
