Hi,
working on a bear and got a tiny smear of glue on her glass eye. Grrrrrrrrrrr
Acetone or goof off or what is best to remove the smear?
Thanks in advance!!!!
Nail polish remover works great.

I use nail polish remover, then use the tip of a large doll needle to scrape off residue. Have never scratched an eye this way, but I wouldn't recommend this for anything but GLASS.
Nail polish remover and a toothpick for scraping glue!
Thanks so much, will do!
So glad you asked this, Tami!!!
My first attempt at eyelids was a horrible mess.... shoulda seem me scraping away at that eye!!!
Off to buy nail polish remover for next time... and there WILL be a next time!
I do the same as Shelli does..
Kim I LOVE your new avatar bear
I'm so glad other people have troubles with Superglue....now I know what to do when/if I get bold enough to make my eyelids!
I think the nail polish must have acetone in it though, it may not work otherwise.
GLUE....
