I have always bought cotter pin joint sets all in one go so never had to worry about the size of the pins.  I have now started to cut out my own discs and buy washers from the hardware store.  I have also found the pins in hardware stores (although only the type for wobble joint not the t-pins), but there are only two types - large which break my wrists trying to turn them and then smaller ones which I feel are just a bit too thin for my bears.

Sooo back to ordering just the pins but I'm not sure what size I should order.  My discs are around 40mm across.

Thanks a lot,
Hugs

I'm having nightmares about them and getting a lot of gray hairs!
Thank God for chocolate and coffee as I've had many stressful moments and late nights!

I'm not surprised!  It must be soo stressful, but hang in there - it's a tremendous opportunity to be able to tell collectors - not to mention seeing your own creation on the big screen - exciting but very nerve wracking I'm sure!

bear_flower  flowers to go with the coffee and chocolate for calming!
