....at least for awhile. I rarely keep any of my own work but sometimes I'll design a bear that I just fall in love with and have to keep around. Such is the case with this lovely dolly bear, Miss Elizabeth. I designed this pattern after dolls made in the late 1800's with long limbs and tiny waists. She is fully articulated with traditional disc joints and wears layers and layers of clothing designed and made to fit only her. Miss Elizabeth lives upstairs in an old painted clock case in the hallway leading to my studio. I hope you enjoy her as much as I do.

Bearhaven BearsAleta, she is stunning, I dream of bears like her. I would hang on to her if she where living with me too!!! Hint, hint. I'm sure if you ever decided to let her go their would be a long line of TTers who would gladly take care of her for you. I would of course be the first person in that line, fists a flying if need be but by golly I'd be first, until someone bigger and meaner took me down.
