Hi All,
Has anyone had any luck dyeing or ageing cheneille stems or pipe cleaners? They are not a naural fiber so they don't take a dye well in my exeperience. I am looking to make a two toned look in green.

Hi Amy, hhhmmmm, I have not worked with chennille pipe cleaners except for cleaning my airbrushes. What are you trying do make with them? Is there another medium you could use?
Hi Amy,
The first thing that came to mind was to use the floral spray paint. The brand I use is Design Master. I would also try to use a green pipe cleaner and try tea or coffee stain.

Hi,
Everyone seems to be thinking in the same direction I have. I actually have used acrylic & brush painted them which give them a kind of funky cool look. I have been useing them as hair and as accents.
Thanks, Amy
