The only ballots available are in the printed magazines. Subscribe or don't vote. :o(
Wild Thyme OriginalsI do believe that one may vote, even though one does not subscribe. You just hav eto get your hands on the magazine and get the form back to the US before the voting deadline... maybe June 2? I already mailed mine in so I can't check the date. I do know that out of country ballots are NOT eligible for the giveaway drawing though.
