I've tried both, PM & Email. Never knew which was more secure.
Why do we have 2 options (as in - If one covers everything, why 2 choices?)
With PM, you do not give out your email address. You just need to enter the username of the person you want to contact and write your message. All communication through PM is done on TT and messages are stored on TT if not deleted.
With Email, depending on the recipient's selection under the Profile -> Privacy, the email address may be made available to be used with your email software bypassing TT completely, otherwise, a form is provided without displaying the email address and the system will mail out the message for you. Either way, messages are not stored on TT.

Help Advisors and staff of Intercal do not have access to others' private messages. However, as system administrator, I do have the capability to view PMs. Please note that system administrators on other boards have this capability too on their systems.
I (we) respect your privacy, therefore, absolutely do not monitor/view these private messages.
The reality is that nothing you ever do on the Internet is truly private. Consider that each and every time you post something online.

It hasn't been that long. It was added in March 2006.
For easy navigating, click on the next thumbnail to close the current viewing image and to bring up the clicked thumbnail.

No software is bug-free. We will investigate to confirm if there is a bug.
There are no known security issues with the software. If the site was hacked, more damages would have been done.
What was the original subject of your message? Was it "big cong Toby 2006" where the "g" may got inadvertently omitted.

The Online List removes users that have been idled for more than 5 minutes or logged out.
If you want to log out automatically, go to Profile -> Privacy -> Uncheck 'Save username and password between visits.'

Yes, you are doing it correctly. However, your filename contains spaces "bear dress ebay 002.jpg". Please rename it without spaces before uploading. Maybe you want to rename it like this: bear_dress_ebay_002.jpg
This feature will be fixed so you don't have to rename your files if they do contain spaces.

I logged in this morning, only to find that the avatar I spent all yesterday afternoon creating, had been dumped and the old Christmas one was back in its place!
