Oooh stop talking about real fur bubs, because I really want to make one! LOL They are just adorable Kelly!!
Good luck Shelli - hope all goes well. Like you, I have never felt a peice of fur, I am guessing it's lovely.
Is it only me who thinks Shelli writes beautifully!?
I love reading her posts and seeing how she puts words together!

Oh Marie, your BEAR looks adorable!!! Really gorgeous, and I think your bear doesn't look like a cat at all!! It certainly looks like an artist bear to me - so stop putting yourself down!!
Danni
Ooh what a stunning girl you are Kim!!!!! Looks like it was an amazing day!
Your hubby - oooh totally gorgeous! You lucky girl you!
LOL I don't mind, perhaps I could visit over there when it's hot, because i HATE the heat!!
Danni
Oh what a cutie!
Ooh I love that Tan mohair - so pretty, LOVE the colour!! Reminds me of Rusty Beige - a favourite colour of mine.
Unfortunatly I don't use anywhere that length for my sized bears, but i think if I were to maker larger bears I would be over the moon to beable to find some longer mohairs (not really available here in many colours) So perhaps if I cross over to the dark side of big bears.... LOL

Oh we mainly get snow in the hills - there's certain places where it snows. Here in Canberra, we are known for the cold, however a lot of people are suprised to hear we get the extremes - cold in winter yes, but also very hot in summer! It often snows in the hills around where we are, so we look out and see the snow....
How cold is it? About 9 Degress Celcius during the day here. I did a conversion and they say 9C = 48.2 Fahrenheit - most nights it's been going down to the minus', around 26 Fahrenheit.
Hope that educates LOL
Danni
Oh I use a normal pair of beauty tweezers - never thought you cold use Forceps! I would imagine that would be terribly difficult/
I have been wondering where you have been Hayley! We miss you, but want to see a photo of what's been keeping our Hayley away from us LOL
I'm sure he'll be worth it!
Daph: It's winter here, and really cold!!!!!!! Saturday we will be half way through winter.
Hi Everyone,
Just a quick note to let Paula, Rita, Sue Ann and Millie know that I have added you to my links!
Hopefully we'll all get some hits!
Danni
Oooh wow!!!!! how exciting!!!!!!!!!!! That is amazing!!!!! Great photos, and thankyou for sharing them with us!
We had a kangaroo hop down our street a few years ago, and thought that was amazing - but that is nothing in comparison!
Danni
Okay, I have a question now! How do you use the Jelly Pellets? Do you use them along with stuffing???? I'm guessing they give a squishy feel, so I'm wondering how to use them...
Thanks,
Danni
Ahh wonderful!!! I'd rather a text link:

Hi Everyone,
I'm so tempted to try the Schulte Kid mohair!! I'm wondering if anyone out there knows if the Kid Mohair plucks away from the backing properly?
I've tried the Helmbold Kid mohair and it didn't pluck properly and left mohair dots, here's an image so you have an idea of what I'm talking about:
I like my faces to be free from any dots or fuzz, so I don't want to go to the expense of buying kid mohair, and paying high shipping costs to get it to Australia, just to find out it's not what I want....
I'm wondering if anyone knows if it plucks properly??? Ooooor if anyone with a scrap piece of mohair could try plucking some mohair to see what happens for me? I would be so grateful! Just try it on a little piece of scrap mohair that you couldn't use for anything else...
Thanks!
Danni
I have heard of a friend having a severe asthma attack using the excelsior - so I'd suggest that anyone who has difficulties in breathing to be careful, or to stay away from it!
Danni
I am so sorry to hear about your kitty I'm hoping there will be a miricle, hang in there!
