Very nice!  Around Christmas, Ten Thousand Villages has a temporary location at our mall.  Have seen some of the crafts from Africa ... very nice.  And wow, Lynette sure is nice!

I like my eye candy tall, intelligent, gravelly-voiced, hairy, grizzled, intense, stubbly, deep, rough-hewn, and usually, also -- older.  And, apparently, also ... brunette.

No wide-eyed, button-nosed, smooth-skinned, man-child will do for me.  Nope.  I don't like sweet or shallow or cute in my candy; no melting, buttery easter mints.  No pastel-toned meringue drops, masquerading as guys.

No... I like strong, and to-the-core masculine, in my dudes.  Give me ALTOID MAN anyday!  He's gotta be surging with testosterone, right to capacity, to catch my eye.

Ahhh ... then you could add the gorgeous Mark Ruffalo.  Altoid Man?  LOL!  Ahh yes, John Cusack ... love him.

Deb

Very nice!  Good job Anne.

If you can still leave feedback on that item, you can do that, stating you never received your item.  Sometimes people leave nasty return feedback though.

Jenny ~

I really like this little guy!  Very sweet face.

Deb

Very nice Scott!  Sooo much detail.

Gail ~ I'm going by memory, but think Scott is a friend of Donna Mettling.  Donna posts here on the board.
If I'm wrong, Scott please correct.

Please meet "Barlow" my own bear pattern. With a lot of redrawing & resewing
I was finally happy with him. He is about 12" standing.  I had a ton of fun scissor sculpting him and shading his face.   I'm very proud of him,  bear_original  I think he turned out cute for my 1st original bear.

Miss Tami I think you're fibbing to us about just starting to make teddy bears ... I'm pretty sure you've made at least 1,000,000 of them in another life maybe?  Are you putting Barlow on Ebay?  He's wonderful; you should be proud of him.

Yeah, there are so many things you can come to TT looking for help with.  Unfortunately, staying off the PC isn't one of those things!

Now ... since you don't want to turn the computer off ...

You want us to do what?  Hmm?  Come on LL ... get BUSY or I might have to visit and give you a kick start ... then we'll work for 15 minutes ... go out to lunch ... go shopping for awhile ...

See, I'm not the one you need.   bear_wacko

Marion ~

These are both adorable!  I love those toes! Lucky Matilda!

mm.jpgJane,

Way too many to choose from.  Lots of wonderful actors.

But eye candy?  Only one ... Matthew McConaughey

Deb

Oh my good grief ... this guy is adorable!  You're a lucky girl Marion!  Very creative.

Good topic!

Erin ~ San Diego?  I LOVE San Diego.  Have been to several conferences there, and one coming up in 2007.  We always look forward to SD.

So I have a question... you just trim the hair and not the backing, right?  My head is not working today!  ;)

Kimmy Kimmy Kimmy ... you are the funniest thing, I swear.

Here's the thing ... if you trim the hair AND the backing, then you're back to where you started with the mohair extending all the way to the edge of the fabric.  Right?  So you only trim the mohair.

Okay?  bear_thumb

Deb

Oh my Lord have mercy .... thank you Laura Lynn.  I'm going to bookmark it.  Please make certain that I am advised in advance of any plans you may have to move the post.  Oh wait ... I'm not at work am I?  (See ... didn't even know where the heck I was!)
