Sorry to hear about your elbow Brenda, I have no advice, just wanted to wish you a speedy recovery. FYI ,I'm another Canadian that can't get on the site either- very odd.
I think it's time to protest!!!!
Discrimination against the Canadians!!!!!!
Hey do you think they are mad because you took home so many Olympic medals?
All kidding aside I emailed them and asked what's up.
Hi Cyndee,
I was going to ask of someone would contact the site to see why we couldn't see it, so thank you very much! Now I'm really curious.
Brenda I will let you as soon as I hear. :)
I really don't know why Canada would be blocked? Is there something they sell that Canada has banned?
I will let you know.
Hi Brenda,
I had the beginnings of frozen shoulder, which is a very painful and I rubbed arnica ointment on it for a few nights and found it relieved it and I've had no more problems...it's inexpensive too...
I buy all my alternative health items from a USA website www.iherb.com they are cheaper and better than any companies in Australia...they also have reviews from customers on most items, so you can get an idea if they work or not...
Arnica can also be taken internally as a homeopathic tincture or tablet form http://www.iherb.com/Boericke-Tafel-Arn … /3247?at=1 , it's amazing for bruising too...Topically there are also gels & creams, but I've only used the ointment, it does work.
Goodluck I hope you can get some relief.

Edie: same with me. To life a fork or spoon was difficult. I blame it on exercise. I hired a personal trainer to help me get into shape. She had me using weights that were too heavy for me and I got tendonitis in both arms. I am now a confirmed couch potato believing any form of exercise is dangerous to my health!
Hi Brenda,
My husband had this a while ago, from working on his computer for long periods.
A friend of ours is a Doctor and he suggested to take a tea towel and holding the ends in each hand, then using a twisting motion, which strengthens the muscles.
Also getting one of those little soft rubbery balls, you can get from physio and squeezing it hard.
I hope this might help, it seemed to work for my husband and he has not had the problem since.
Good luck, as this can be such a painful thing.
Hugs
Carolyn
Thanks for all the kind suggestions.
Denise, I have a really good arnica cream and I have the tablets, but it wasn't doing anything for this. NOrmally, arnica works well for me so I don't know why this injury was so different.
Carolyn, I have a few exercises that I have picked up from youtube and the twisting one is one of them. Funny, it doesn't hurt to twist a dish cloth, but is very sore to just squeeze it. I also have one of the soft balls, but I'm not going to try that for another week. I'll keep with the two exercises I'm doing now.
Brenda,
Do a google search for aidmytenniselbow and see if that will bring the site up for you.
When I had a problem, I got a massage. That really did help.
Donna
Donna,
Doesn't matter how I try and get on, through a link, a search or by typing in the address - it seems to be a NO CAN DO, to those of us that live in Canada!
