Hi everyone.

You have no idee how nice it is to finaly be able to chat to everyone again...
My mail was off line for the last week... did anyone miss me?

The good news is my mail and internet is working again, but the bad news is that I will have to say chow for a wile coz I am leaving my present company...

Not to worry though, I will try and get my internet up at home and mail from there.

Hi everyone.

I am happy to share my picks :photo:  of my already existing teddies with all of you, but unfortunately I bought all of them… :crackup:

But the good news doesn’t stop there, I told my parents about me wanting to make bears myself but wasn’t able to do so due to my fiancé being retrenched, and guess what?   Yesterday my dad bought me my first kit!!!!  Cant wait to start making him… his name is Baxter and he is from SA bears.  I will post pics as soon as he is done...

these are all my unusual teddy’s the green one on the point sings the crazy frog song, the tiger and the piggy are money banks that makes a animal sound every time you ad a coin.

     The big one is my biggest, he is called fluffy, and all the others have not been crescent yet.

The white bear on the end I have had since I was 2 years old and all the others were gifts from my fiancé.

Well, know you have all met my babies, to who I will be adding Baxter this weekend.

I HAVE SOME VERY BAD NEWS!!

MY FIANCE HAS JUST BEEN RETRENCHED, COZ HIS COMPANY HAS BEEN LIQUIDATED!

THIS IS SO AWFUL, NOT ONLY DOES HE NOW NEED TO LOOK FOR A NOTHER JOB BUT NOW I CANT START MAKING MY TEDDY'S.

I have finally decided on how my first bear is gonna look...

I am going with a metal head feel...

A medium sized teddy with a leather jacket, silver 50cent chain, mowhawk form head to tail and lots of earings.

  SOMETING DIFFERENT... or what does everyone els think of that idee.

I want my first bear to be something different, not something you would find easily.  Something out there!!

You guys have no idee how lucky you are.  Jeezzzz having a bear stroll up to your house like that... Must be fab living out there.

In Cape Town if you want to see a bear, you go to the zoo.

If you want to see Whales, dolphins and lots of shells you go spend the day at the beach and if you want to see the seals you go to seal Island where you will find thousands of seals. :clap:   

If u want to see monkeys and baboons you go hiking in the mountains. :clap:

All I get to see is the inside of my office and my TT talking buddy's on the net. :crackup:

I have been snooping around for a wile now and I must say everyone's teddy's are out of this world.    I have fallen in love with all the bears!

:clap: You are some hecticly talented people. :clap:   I have posted here before and i have made a new friend but the rest of you are very quiet

I am just waiting for pay day to go out and buy my first ever teddy making kit and I cant wait any more. :dance:

:bday: We just celebrated Woman's day and I wish all the woman got some spoiling! :cake:

Yellow teddy lovers

Can anyone tell me how they started making their first bears.
Any problems and tips.

And how do you stop your bears from becoming dirty standing on a shelf or in a class cabinet.
I only recently started packing out all my bears from the move to Cape town and some of them are dirty.  How can i was them without ruining them.

I was great fun rediscovering all of them again.

Everyone's teddy bears ars sooooo cool.
I am new in the world of teddy bear making and I am still to try and make my very first bear, but there is one small problem.  I have just moved to Cape Town and I don't know my way around yet.  Is there anyone who can tell me where to buy supplies and other teddy goodies?

I collect teddys and I have over 80 of the furry little friend but I have always bought them and never actually tried making my own and I skeem you are never truly a collector if you haven't made a few of your own.
