Awe, you know most of your first bears are pretty good! I will post a pic of mine later.. he is a very pathetic little soul, but I love him just the same... He holds a place of honnor always. I was only 14 when I made him and I soooo wanted to make a bear... and I had 100% no idea what I was doing. I'll get a pic of him when I get home.

That is Terrible, I think it is wonderful that you want to adopt a VERY needy dog. One of my Dogs was a rescue and I love him to pieces.. he had alot of issues (being afraid of people mostly) but he has came around quickly and is a wonderful loving dog. Good luck!!

Lol, that is a Furby! heehee. Man, I get made fun of alot for having them.. I have a small "collection" of Furbys that I adore.. heehee. Most are still packed (as most of my bears) but I am going to drag out a few and put them in my sewing room till we are done renovating. My brothers GF said the color would give her a headache! heehee!

I'm not back at my real job till the 2nd.. so I have been working on my bears a bit.. I wanted to get so much work done on the house and bears over the holidays but I of course in typical holiday tradition got sick so I have been resting most of the time.. hoping to be better so I won't have to suffer when I do have to go back to work. I did however manage to dye up a gorgeous pink for a Panda I have been dreaming of for months.. so at least that is something... I am suposed to be painting the house.. or working on bears..... what am I doing.... heehee. yay for Teddy Talk heehee.

Well as many of you know I moved yet again in November to my hopefully forever home.. lol. Bought a dream house in the rough with more than enough space, so I am very happy. I managed to get my partial studio set up so I can now sew again, Yay! I am so happy here, it is just amazing to have our own home.
I have always wanted a lime green room so that is what I decided to paint my studio space it is still a bit rough (and messy, and I'm not totally unpacked yet.. lol) but I wanted to share a few pics.

The worst Christmas gift I ever got was a car stereo, given to me by a guy I'd been dating all through college and the year after. He gave it to me at a party I was throwing and I cried when I read the attached card which read, "You will always hold a special place in my heart." (What about a special place in your life, I wondered?)He ignored me most of the party, and I told friends that I knew we were going to break up, but they all said that couldn't be so because he'd just given me a car stereo after all. But I knew it was a sort of consolation prize, and he broke up with me the next morning!
Three months later he came to his senses, and we have been having lovely Christmases together ever since! Yes, I'm talking about my wonderful husband!!!
Glad he came to his senses.. I would have liked the car stereo though.. lol. Brad bought me one for my birthday and I was so happy.... Might not have been so good if he had dumped me the next day though.!! Bah! That is horrible. Boys can be so stupid sometimes. 
Yeah, and used underwear.. that was HUGE.. like I don't know where she got these from.. I think her neighbour had died that year.. nothing like picking through someones things to give as gifts! lol
