The Rabbit Maker

Thanks everyone I'm glad you like him.

When I first started to make him I found the fur really difficult to trim and yet I am satisfied with the result. It's really strange because there are some fabrics like that , you start to trim them up and you think it's just not going to work, the pile is going in every direction and you vow that you'll never use the fabric again, and yet once it's finished it's worked out.

Still a mystery, every time !!

Of course, my digital suggestions may not help for your SLR camera.

Oh, well I don't know if it makes any difference but my camera is a digital SLR ????? I'm going to study the manual today !!

The Rabbit Maker

Thanks... I will try and see if I can work out those things on my camera :photo: . It's so frustrating when you don't actually know what you're talking about.  bear_angry

I won't be beaten though .................. so in the words of Arnie 'I'll be back' !! bear_original

The Rabbit Maker

Just a quick question.

I am trying to improve my photography. I have a new SLR and I have read a lot of the info in the library.

I have cool daylight bulbs x3
A light tent I sometimes use
A tripod for my camera.

Can someone tell me roughly how far away to put the camera from the object ? bear_wacko

1. Am I best being as close as I can get with a bit of zoom?    Or
2. Further away and zooming in a lot? or
3. Further away zooming in a little and then doing the close ups by trimming in photoshop?

It may seem a daft question but it will help me. bear_wub

Many thanks in advance
Shelly

The Rabbit Maker

Hi

I have just updated my website and thought you might like to see it. It took me much less time than the last on as I get more and more use to 'elements'.

I must admit I get quite a buzz when I find a new trick or when I work out how to do something. The problem is once I start it then I'm there till I'm finished . So now I think I will go and rest my eyes.

Best wishes

Well bunnies coming back to life that's just amazing ..... do you think you can come up with a way to make them breed too ? (It'll be quicker than stitching them !)

When you do let me know...... I have some handsome males !!!!!

The Rabbit Maker

Wow they are the same bear but listed as different sizes and different makers . How strange bear_shocked  bear_shocked  bear_shocked

The Rabbit Maker

I'll keep my eyes open.

Maybe you could contact some of the toy museums and see if they have one.
I'm sure someone will.

Have you tried all the shops on the internet that sell old bears?

The Rabbit Maker

Wow Judi you must have been in heaven with those tigers...... lucky you !!!
