 Fab nose!
Throws tantrum...I want one! I love these bears, they have such attitude and sooo pink!
That's a great idea Ruth! I normally balance mine on three fingers, holding it gently around the muzzle and face while I stuff like billy-o...like most forms of juggling it gets easier in time I suppose.
Good luck with your quest for wisdom
Andrea
Good luck with the surgery, fingers crossed that all goes well!
Lovely baby Kim, such big blue eyes, she's set off a broody moment....
Andrea
Soooooo cute! You have the smile just right, my baby smiles just like that one!
Andrea
Your dog is a lovely, your replica is fab! I love the odd eye look that both of them have going down. Collies are have such expressive faces and lively personalities...
Well done on your award...
Again, the collie is fab!
It's pretty plain that it's not one of your bears. This must have really wierded you out, I think I'd email the seller and tell them...
Hope you go on okay
Andrea
Lisa, thankyou for replying and helping me out with my quest for Biddles photo's Yep, as I suspected better on your photo than on theirs, I don't think they've done those poor bears justice. Needless to say she is as lovely as Hershey and I will be having one, Waldo is also lovely looking....
Damn they are cute!
Off to covet my latest obsession
Andrea
I know I should be embarrassed asking for this, but I wondered if anyone had one of these bears and if they did....really cheeky...would they mind sending me a picture of him. I bought Hershey the other day, fell in love when I said I wouldn't buy manufactured bears...but did and now I'm really curious about Biddles. Curious because the catalouge pictures of Hershey were just damn ugly and he's a gorgeous little bear ... I wondered if Biddles was the same...
See what I mean about beautiful? See why I couldn't resist? See why I'm curious?
Thanks for entertaining my madness whether I get a reply or not...
Andrea
What beautiful babies, you must have been thrilled to get so close to them!
Glowing with envy
Andrea
Really sorry to hear you are quitting, I read your article in TBCI this month and thought that your bears were fabulous, I understand that sometimes the thrill of making something fuzzy vanishes when you are stressed. Take care of yourself first off, treat yourself kindly, treat yourself. Hopefully when things ease up, you'll find your furry friends hammering inside the room in your head where you keep them. I know this sounds waffy, but in your article you said you were happiest following your own drum and those words were inspirational  , thankyou for them.
Huge
Andrea
You're looking good to me...and teddy is a nice traditional style piece!
I think these little bears are beautiful, tiny, tubby and with so much attitude. My step daughter just walked past and declared she wanted one...she isn't the only one.

Shyly puts hand up...I can see colours in music, the way it bounces around a room, moods have colours, and also the colour that some illnesses are, by this I see a person whose colour is blue or red, or mauve (personality types) and then where the illness is there is a dark dot... Handy when I was working as a therapist. Oddly though there is no call for it as a sales assistant. It's not as strange as it sounds once you start looking at kirilian photography and stuff like that, and more people have it than we realize. I'm also sensitive to colour, I can't wear pastels, they make me feel washed out, navy blue makes me feel depressed and white makes me feel uncomfortably extroverted...does this even make any sense?
I'll get my coat
Andrea
Your little calico kitten is beautiful, but Cleo gave me a bit of a turn, she's identical to a kitty I rehomed 13 years ago and has the same name and face! I hope that everything goes well for her and am pleased that she's got a loving home to go to, you are doing a very worthwhile thing Gemma and it will mean so much to both the cats and their new owners.
Andrea
Hi,
Just had to nip over here from drooling at the Emmary Bears site and seeing that you made such a big hit at the Cornwall Bear Fair, really well done, that's quite and achievement and I'm pleased you had such a lovely day.
Andrea
Hi
I use wooden spoons for my larger bears, Chopsticks for my medium bears and for my mini bears a pair of long tweezers and these are brilliant because you can take out as well as put in... Unfortunately though I am rather ham fisted and have wrecked a lot of bears by stuffing them too vigorously...I tend to rip the fabric if I don't go really carefully....
Andrea
Gemma,
You asked to see a pic of my bear and here he is. Thanks to Sam who took the photos of Stratford Bear Fair, I hope she doesn't mind me pinching this one to show you...I used it to stalk him. he is the very smiley fluffy traditional guy in the middle. How could I resist him! I'm still chuffed to bits and currently coveting about two more.
Andrea
Hi Gemma
Great choice of bear, she has such a naughty smile. My obsession started this week too with a Studio 44 bear, I just had to have him, couldn't help it! It was so exciting when he arrived, and yes I make bears but I'm not going to make a bear like him, because I'm not Studio 44. I'm desperately waiting now for the next bear fair because I've broken it gently to my husband (read this as had a tantrum!) that I can collect as well as make. He has no problems with me buying mohair...I'm just buying it made up! So no, your not greedy just appreciative of art!
Andrea
She's lovely Sue, and I really like her cardigan...she's a great size and with so much character!
Andrea
Really like the little bear in the first pic, he's got a super nose, well done for not giving up!
Your Aunt should be thrilled with her, what a pretty little girl!
Andrea
They are beautiful and there are one or two little faces in there that I'd love to see in the fur! Wow, you've been so busy! Well done
