Hi Everyone
I am so pleased to be able to at last say that I have completed my bears for the Stratford show! I've been feeling rotten all week so I am way behind and have had to call it a day and just take those that I have completed! This little photo is of Aurelia at just under 22" and is a bear to brighten any day! She was the first bear I completed so thought I had better pop her on here! I now have a Stratford Preview on my website, another job that has taken all day!! I do enjoy it though!!
I must say that I love everyones' bears that I have seen on here! Way too many beautiful bears to be able to leave a message on!
Looking forward to seeing everyone on Sunday, and hope you all have safe journeys. Weeeeeeeee!

One of the cutest little kangaroo photos I've seen!
If anything is going to bring a smile to your face, it's ALWAYS an animal!

Hi Sue Ann,
Thank you for this wonderful thread! Brilliant. I love your photo of you and your family and I must say you look as brilliant
now as you did then!
Michelle, you haven't changed either!!!
I may be a brave bunny and find a picture that will give you all a fright!

Hi Peter,
Yes, I'm having a little chuckle here (she said, picking herself up off the floor!!!). I think we're even now!!!!
Actually, I love the photo, you look cute in it - and back in those days, your photo would have been a pin-up!
Love the flares!
Actually, I have spent the whole of today listening to terrific music from the 60's and 70's with the bass and volume up SO high!!!
Been a wonderful day re-discovering groups I had almost forgotten! (those were the days!)
Right, off to find some photos - you were warned!!!!

Hi Tami,
I think my brain works the same as Jane's!! My first thought when I saw the photos was " Awww, bless" and then thought
how very sad she looked in second picture!!! She looks such a wonderful little dog, has a beautiful little face so I can see
why you are besotted by her.
I'm pleased to hear she is making steady progress, she'll soon be bounding around again!

Hi Peter,
Thank you SO much for posting this, just what I needed today. What wonderful beautiful news! I watched the little video (though it was somewhat jerky on my computer for some reason) and was virtually holding my breath all the time as I was sure the little one would get trampled. The wonderful Mum was so very protective right from the start though, wasn't she.
Elephants always make me cry, I adore them and if I watch a documentary about them, I invariably end up bawling my eyes out!
Think I will be watching this several times today!
Thank you again!

What a fantastic achievement Sarah, well done!!! Sorry I didn't sponsor you but I was already sponsoring two other runners in the London Marathon who were running for the same cause, so all the money is going in the same pot!! I might try to get somewhat fitter and try doing something worthwhile like you next year.
big hugs

Hi there Susan,
Hope everything is going well out there!! (I will get round to that email to you soon!)
Right, back to the Hugglets guide! Well, I think it is a wonderful little way to advertise. For a couple of years, I just had the very basic offer they do, with a few words along with my business details, address etc. For the past couple of years, I extended my advertising to include the little gallery section too.
I feel it is certainly worthwhile thinking about advertising this way. I think there is a strong tendency for people to just pick up this guide and browse through, and as the whole guide is geared to advertising (no articles etc) that is what people expect to see. Sometimes with a magazine, people are more inclined to read the articles and not browse through adverts in the same way as they would the guide.
So my recommendation would be - go for it! BUT, I would also strongly recommend putting up your photos on TT!!! What could be better!!?
Did I read somewhere that you were coming over to visit Hugglets in September? If so, please come and see me for a chat!!!
Take care.

Hi Patsy,
I am in need of a new machine too and have been thinking about a Pfaff but I was just wondering what this dual-feed is? Is it the little bit called IDT??? There seems to be quite a choice of their machines and have no idea where to start, maybe someone could recommend a particular model! (I have been using a Frister Rossmann for over thirty years and it is now beginning to go wrong and the foot pedal was somewhat hot this morning after only a few minutes use!).
I know TT has discussed Pfaffs before but I just can't find the discussion anywhere!

Hi Kristina,
Wow, what an ordeal. I had tears in my eyes just reading your account of goings on with this poor little dog. To say that things like this make me SO angry, is putting it very mildly and I honestly don't know how I would have reacted if I'd met the "owners". Bless you and your boyfriend for all you have done for this poor dog, you are angels in my book.
I pray everything works out well and that the dog is soon being able to enjoy a well deserved happy life with someone who actually cares about it.
Big hugs to you.
