He is very beautiful and I love his posable limbs.
She's adorable!
Enjoy all those wonderful celebrations.
This little guy is very cute. Is it a racoon?
What a gorgeous family.
The "Bears on Location" is a new site for me and I just love it.
I love its quirkiness.
I love the shading and the fur you used.
If I ever get the opportunity to do a Julie Owen workshop I'll grab it.
Oh, love these cute animal pictures.
Hi everyone
I just looked through my Favourties folder for "Teddy bear and doll stuff" and counted 67 sites! This has accumulated in less than 6months! What an addiction. And today I also received a new book that I'd bought on eBay "Miniature Teddy Bear Collection" by Julie Owen which takes my total to three books and my Teddy bear magazine subscription keeps rolling in. I think I'll have to put an extension on the house.
Pippi is gorgeous!
What a great creation!
Nicky, I love your bears especially the way you do the eyes.
By the way Pauline, did you needle felt her cheeks?
Pauline, she is really adorable.
Hello Everyone
I didn't expect to see so many very interesting replies to my post. Hopefully when I finally get to retire from full time work I'll be able to make even more teddies. I think after reading your replies I might do a few more workshops.
Hello everyone
I have now made 3 bears and 1 rabbit for my hug. I am learning a great deal with each one that I make, gaining confidence and have completed one workshop led by a professional. At what point did other members feel that their bears took on that professional look?
Cheers
Jan
So many bears to make, so little time.
They are beautiful bears and I love the way the arms and legs seem to be a real part of the body, but they are massed produced and I far prefer the ones made by artists on this forum. Still I wouldn't mind working there for a few weeks to pick up some tips!
Congratulations Melisa, your bears are beautiful.
Hi Melisa
Thanks for sharing your bear photos which are quite fascinating to an Australian. I didn't realise that particular species had such a long tail having only seen live bears at the zoo.
Cheers
Jan
A fabulous creation!
She is adorable.
Hooray, I'm on holidays so I can finally finish my current bear project. I've had heads, legs, arms and body lying on my dining room table for so long. Working full time just gets in the way of bear making.
Wow it looks as though it was a huge show. Thanks for all your pictures.
