bear_wub I too love all your bears Marilyn, they are great and so is your website, I loved looking around.  I especially love the bear with the purple nose with the dark tips of the ears showing over the white.  Fantastic, enjoy the show, I am sure your bears will be a hit.

 Eva, I remember those crenolins, we did wear a lot, and I remember in grammer school we had petticoat day, and the boys would try to lift your skirt, only we had on so many crenolins they could not see a thing  I love all the memories this thread has brought to mind, our familys first tv, aahhh that was the best time of our lives.

bear_wub I have been looking at this beautiful dog since you posted, but did not add a comment till now, he is so beautiful, I have never seen a german shepard with all that hair.  I hope he appreciates all the love you will be giving him with lots of love and comfort back to you.  Good Luck, and can not wait to see more pics.

bear_wub  Being 67 I can relate to a lot of the stuff there, they were great times, we might laugh at it now since everything is so updated, but I remember mcdonalds 15 cent HB, my first car was a 55 Mercury, and woolworths was all over, I had my first job at WT Grant stores.  The old cars, Its a wonderful life, just like the movie, and speaking of movies, I loved the drive ins and stewarts root beer stands where they delivered to your car.  Kids today will never know how great we had it.
thanx for the memories.

 I am really sorry that I did not mention Intercal, it was because I thought it was out of the country.  I did not realize they were in california also.  Excellent choice and many bargains, fast shipping too.  sorry again.

bear_wub WELCOME TO THE TEDDY BEAR WORLD!  Mostly you have to shop on line, and I believe Edinburgh Imports is the best for you, I think they are in California.  Some small things like steel shot you can get at Walmart along with fiber fill, but for eyes and joints etc.  try edinburgh.  Look in the library above, that will also help with different topics.  Hope this helps.

bear_wub  What a great thread, I love all the older pictures, those were the days, you all look so great then and now.  I don't know how to get a picture on here that is from a photo, do you scan it and then what?  I am too old for this computer jazz, my home computer is broke and here i am at work looking at all this great stuff on my lunch.  Keep the photo's coming, love them, and thanx to you all for being so brave.

bear_wub What a sweet little baby.  I love elephants, so I did go watch the video, I thought they were going to trample that poor baby.  But I guess thats the way the elephants do it, all the aunts help out, trying to get  the baby on its feet.  It  sure was nice of you to share.
Thanx Pat

bear_wub  That is so truc, my cat use to wake me up the same way, always jumping on the bed and meowing and pawing.  But I loved every minute of it since he has now passed away.  Cats are wonderful. I am still laughing

DENBY30

bear_wub   Hi Christina, loved looking around your new website, it is fantastic.  I love your cats also, since I also favor cats.  My most favorite of your bears in the gallery is Znork.  I love the outfit.  The website is easy to get around in and full of information and I love all the pictures.  Working for a vet is something I always wished I had done, I love animals.  Your drawings are great also, you can probably get into illistration with that talent.  Try doing it with bears, you can make note cards and all kinds of stuff.  I know if only there were more hours in a day.
Well, keep up the great work and enjoy that new job and my best to you and Simon.

bear_wub I don't have a story to tell, but every time I get one of my bear magazines and see one of you all from Teddy Talk in the magazine, I say I know her and I have chatted with her etc.  So thats how I feel close to you all.

bear_wub Judi, once again your work is outstanding, I love this tiger, it is amazing, but I seem to see your beautiful face in this tiger, you know they say our pets take on our features, that flowing mane and those beautiful eyes, I see that a lot in your work, just wonderful, keep them coming.  I hope that is not insulting.  I meant it in the kindess way. hugs Pat

bear_wub I love being a mother, my children are all grown, 42,44,& 46. I have 5 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, and the newest little adopted grandchild at 2. the others are all teens and twenty something.  My two daughters are my best friends and we do a lot together.  My son, whats the old saying a daughter your daughter all your life but your sons a son till he takes a wife?  I do not see him as much as the girls, but I do love my daughter in law, they are the ones that recently adopted the little boy, here they are in their 40's raising a sweety.  Being a mother is seeing the kids develope into fine adults and the smiles and hugs and kisses never stop.
We also do a lot of things together, go to concerts, see plays on broadway, go to the beach, shopping, holidays, its all good!

DENBY30

bear_wub  bear_wub How wonderful for your sister, such a romantic thing for the guy to do.
