Teddy Talk: Creating, Collecting, Connecting

I'm gonna put out some small adds and would love to get some advice! I will have a close up picture of the head of one of my bears (the adds are sooo tiny that I only can fit in one bear!). Which bear face would catch you the most?

Just like you Nettie, after about 6 month of making bears I did quit my job (which was nice becuase I hated my job!) and started my own teddybear company. Really stupid, I know, but at that time both my mum and dad got ill in cancer and I really thought that life is too short to not try!

I have had my company for 8 month now and it's sooo hard earning money! Besides selling my own bears I also sell pattern, material, fabric and so on in my Internet shop (for those who are curious: http://www.teddybears.se). Making bears is such a small and for many a unknown hobby here in Sweden. So I have reeeeally given myself a challenge!

I have been working on a bunny for a while (and I do mean a stuffed one ) and thought that I would finish it up this weekend. But about bunny paws, are they all hairy? Not that this will be a realistic bunny.. oh no no.... it more looks like a bear with giant ears!!!

I have never actually had a rabbit so I don't know.

By the way, I know understand why some of you gets "bunny fever" once in a while, it's a lot of fun! And there's something with those HUUUGE, dangling ears that melts your heart every time!

You've done a great job on him! And hey, I just looove the "teddy ferret" in your avatar! I have gotten three ferrets at home (alive once I mean ) and I know that I just HAVE to make some stuffed ferrets! I just haven't figured out the pattern yet... wish me good luck with that 

Sabine, you think that I am the ambassador of teddybear artist in Sweden? Wow, what a title to wear! Maybe we can split the job? 

I'm just so thrilled because I have allready sold three bears this week!  Silly me just had to share    I hope that things are turning to the better here in Sweden !

By the way, has anyone tried out Ebay lately? Did you sell? I'm thinking of trying it (again!) with my next bear but maybe I shoudn't challange my luck

Oh my, breast cancer is so horrible... all cancers is! I have a mum having breast cancer and a dad with tonsilit cancer...  my prayers to you!
