Hmm, Well i love Pandas so Pandas get my attention anyway first most, however i have to like the appeal of the bears face more than anything. does he look into your eyes. does he make you go "AWW" Laura Unrau's bears make me do that everytime i look at one of hers
i prefer smaller bears like around the 10 inch mark because they take up less space which means i can get about 5 or 6 on each bookshelf 
but that wouldn't (and hasn't) put me off buying big bears, what attracts me is just the overall "cuteness" of a bear. i prefer cute, cuddly, fluffy, soft and thick fur bears as opposed to the old vintage looking bears
i also love a bear that looks like he has a story to tell.. a little boy bear holding his dog or cuddling his own teddy bear .. or a backpack or something that makes him more "real" (sound a bit like pinnochio there lol) Bears with big open mouthed smiles always make me smile myself and make me fall in love with a bear so that's another appealing feature.. Paulas (all Bear) bears for example i could just take them all home because of thier smiles 
they cheer you up and make you wanna cuddle them in 
I've also found that i buy from the same artists simply because i like thier style but if a bear's cute. i'd get him even if i didn't know the artist or bought from them before !

Me too, I've got quite alot of artist bears, Mostly from Uk Artists but i also got the most gorgeous bear by Ann Redomon of Tenderheart Bears who is all white and huge !!!! my biggest bear i have. And i also got a gorgeous pair of bears from Debonaire Bears in America :)
and then the countless amounts of UK artist bears hehe

I wish i could. i can't get any new pets at the moment, Got alot of stress with my Dog right now. he had a seizure 5 years ago and never had one since until last week so we've been back & forth to the vets testing for one thing or another 
Pipa you should get one! Now I have to go hug him....he's just the cutest. He's sprawled out on his back sleeping in the chair right now....STUPID ME! Bought ALL BLACK microsuede furniture last year. lol!! Not a good idea with 2 cats!

he he.. mine's just an ordinary breed too because all of my cats (except the one i have now who was born to a stray we took in) are one's i have taken in off the street that turned up at my door half starved so i've never had to go out and buy cats but boy if i ever did buy a breed it would be one of those guys !!
I haven't seen one for years I don't think thy are popular ot here. I have 2 that are just mixed breds, a creamy ginger one, and a baby tricolour. I love cats Dh can't stand them

i just fell in love with the breed when i saw him on Tv.. ohh honestly i am soo envious of you all who have one of these beauties!! not that i don't love my ordinary kitty to death because i do but if i ever got another cat i would want one of these !!!!!!!!

a few weeks ago i saw a Tv programme and this lady had the most beautiful. stunning handsome cat i have ever seen... and he was a certain breed.. now i missed the name of the breed but i heard them saying something along the lines that the myth was they originated from a Cat & a Raccoon..
now this cat was alot bigger than your ordinary domestic cat (he is a domestic cat but larger than your normal ones) he was Big !!!! and he was GORGEOUS!!!
So if anyone has any idea of the breed i'd love to know
