Bartholomew looks a really cuddly soft sort of guy.   Bet you had fun stuffing him    the biggens seem to take forever to stuff!

I think he is fab and I know of one male collector on TT who would probably love him in his hug too

I am just getting fed up of those people that snap up all the limited edition ones and sell immediately on Ebay at 2 or 3 times the price.  The saddest ones are the ones advertising that the bear has only been taken out of its box to have its photo taken to be sold - poor bear    no hugs, no cookies, sob sob .........................

Hi,  if I use the small glass/steel beads I place them in a little cotton bag.   I draw my pattern onto my fabric and then follow the lines of the pattern with the fraycheck (it has a nossle).  I wait for it to dry before I cut the pattern out.  It does make the fabric stiffer but I haven't had too many problems with it.  There is alternative products which have been mentioned in the past if you click on the search button above and type in fray check. Hope this helps but I am sure someone with more experience may give you further advice.

Thanks for the reminder Jane. 

I remember when the news about her disappearance first came out.  She is exactly the same age as my youngest and it really hit home to me.  I must admit I had such mixture of emotions at the time from sadness to anger back to sadness again.  Can't imagine how the family is coping.
