Daphne: this is my first foot pad that I used half of mohair and the ultｒa suede , felt. It's fun to try new thing always!!

Dilu: I do have 1 local teddy bear shop but guess what...they close down the store few month ago. They only have a webshop open now
So, same as you I buy 99% bear supply form internet and and 1% from other.
By the way, what happened you typing in the dark !?

Hi everyone!
here is my new 3bears. from right, Rose Marie & Josie & Pearl . they are all about 15inch size.
I used Intercal item * 1/4 yard of Quality 820K - Color 5150-Lt. Pink at $17.50* for Rose Marie.
then used *Quality 610S/CM - Color 356S-Rusty Gold* for Rosie.
For the Pearl I used curlymat 1inch I bought form the local teddy bear shop.

Amanda: thank you for info about your felting detail, I love the felting effect very much. :D

Danni:   Is this your first Polar bear ?  Benny is lovely !!!!  I love his bend arms and cute little face :lol:

I painted his toe with a color pencil.(dark brown)
It works ok but , now I've bought the oil painting set
(first time in my life!) and I will try to use them for shading bears face,paws,pads,  as I learned from Shelli in this forum.  :D

Hi Clare, sorry I'm not the expert
on sculpt toes but I've tried once.

I just stuff the foot pad very softly (don't stuff the whole leg yet)and after you gave a embroiding for the toe fingers (I did 5lines in length side  and 1-5separate lines for side way) . I used a strong thread to sculpt the toe before I embroid. 
You will stuff more in toe fingers area , try to create a fingers shape by pushing stuffing with your fingers.
I did practice with socks first,(human socks)to see how it works
then I tried on mohair bear.
Here is my sculpt toe pics but
it's not so sculpted as I wanted....:(

Kim, I used 8mm dark topers eye and also used a dark brown leather cord(1mm size) as eye rid for top and bottom. with the eye rid eye look BIG

I haven't decide my brand name yet but
I'm using this name for the next bear convention,
* Honey Castle *. Me and my friend Takeko will
be sharing the table(booth) at the convention so
this name is for both of us.(we were not allowed to
used separate name...) How ever I like to get my own brand name for future, so I came up with this name.
*Kiprie Bears*. Kiprie is the name I made up.
Ki... from my husband name Akito(I just used middle)
P....for Promenade (the word me and my husband likes)
rie...from my name Marie.(I used end part only)

I asked my American friend(14years old girl) what
she think of this name. Then she said,
Kiprie sounds like *HOT SUMMER*. :rolleyes:

Is this good name you think ? or hard to remember?
I would love to have something sweet and warm, or
funny name.
