Kassity... what part of Sydney does your friend live? If I ever win the lotto I would invite you all to come and visit ..... I would then be able to buy a large guest house .. there is one in a local magazine and it is beautiful ......but much too big and pricey for us ... but if I won lotto I wouldn't need to clean it or hubby tend the grounds

I know what you mean .....I try to get on before hubby gets up ... as he reads the papers online and that way I have caught up with posts and can get on with my day ..... 
It doesn't happen very often and then I have to come back on and thats my day gone

Australia Day is celebrated as to commemorate the arrival of the First Fleet in 1788, eleven ships with convicts and marines under Captain Arthur Phillip.. to establish the first colony in Sydney .... It is a public holiday and each state has its own celebrations Sydney has ferry races and things happening in the city all day and finish off with fireworks ...The Aborigines call it Invasion Day.... Bonnie you got your calandar? We went around to friends and had a BBQ it was a lovely day
