This happend to me too some time ago.    Since that time, I always look, that I have some of the fabric left when I make a bear what is ordered    and hope that it not will happen again!

I think, it was not to serious - it was just another opinion ... everyone has different  principles and opinions and things, what are important for oneself! ( Please excuse my bad english, hope I don't make too many mistakes!!!    )
Nobody should forget about such things like freedom, or health or other - not consumer goods - !
Perhaps I think this way specially at this time, becaus a good friend of me has cancer and she will die- no doctor can't help any more. These are moments where you  establish your priorities

Hello everyone    I've read about all your essentials - it's a funny thread 
So here are my essentials : the most important are my mum, my sisters and brothers and my husband 
Also there are bears, nice cotton bed linen ( I love country stil , Laura Ashley ...) , old furniture what I restore myself , nice crockery ( I have a china cupboard full of different services  ) and my plants and flowers in our flat and on our balcony. Also I cann't resist, when I see nice decorations like candles or tablecloths 

WOW! A great fantastic work!    Your husband will be very happy!!!

I love gardening too, but I only can do it, when I visit my mum because we only have a little balcony in our flat 
But I always enjoy the time in the garden!

I want to show you some more bears from me, they where ordered for special occasions 

First is the GRADUATION-BAER, 7" , For GRADUATION  a special beary Gift
The other two bears where made for birth - each for Birth from a girl and a boy 
Baby-Boy"+"Baby-Girl"  7" ,  For BIRTH  a special beary Gift

Normaly I make my bears and other creations from mohair or alpacca.

But recently I had a rest of synthetic fabrics and I made a little lion from it
