Your cakes are wonderful, Kim!!! I wanted to get into cake decorating years ago and even wanted to do my wedding cake but I didnt want the added pressure around my wedding LOL...

Welcome back Kimberly!!  I've missed you! :hug:  :hug: I haven't been on TT much myself lately either........too much going on to spend much time on the computer. 

WOW!!!  Gorgeous cakes!!    Those are starter cakes? My goodness!!

It's a good thing that cake isn't one of my cravings.  I can take it or leave it

Shantell, cake is my craving.....or the frosting is!    I would be in so much trouble if I worked in or anywhere near a bakery!! :crackup:  :crackup:

Oh I so understand taking a break from the computer!  I do every weekend     It really does help.  And you have those 2 BEAUTIFUL little girls!!  Mine is all grown and in college now... so YES!  Enjoy the time you have with them.

I have to echo what others have said.... "Those are STARTER cakes?????"  WOW!!!  So glad you've found yet another creative outlet!

Danni, those are looovely!  Are those fondant flowers?  I love working with fondant, but don't very often get the opportunity to yet.

Thanks to all of you about our girls.  They look so sweet and endearing... Yesh, they're deceiving like that. lol     

And you all are so completely sweet about my cakes. THANK YOU!!  Yes, they are pretty much the first I've done semi-professionally; I have been doing my kids' cakes but they were before I'd really learned the 'proper techniques' to cake decorating.  So it is SO unbelievably nice to hear so many positive comments about the cakes.  I, as always, worry about my work.  I am so paranoid! lol
