Love the bear. Great face. But dear Sue Ann add the toes like you did for Briscoe...That will make your little fella complete I think....

Hi Sue Ann,
I think it is more than worth your while to have gone the extra mile with these bears. I am a collector not an artist, and I am not too familiar with the technicalities, so I am sure it is an awful load more work, but honestly, if bears with toes and poses like that ever showed up before me, I would buy them right away!  bear_thumb
Hope this helps...

I'm late getting into this, Sue Ann, but all of your bears are wonderful. I do especially like little Brisco and the double jointed neck and limbs. His toes are cut, too, but I look more to the face and the overall general look of a bear. Toes or no toes wouldn't be a deal breaker for me, but I have to love the face. Of course, I do love your faces.

Wow . . . I was really surprised to see this thread pop up . . . it's like 2 1/2 years old!  Thanks much to you ladies who added comments today.  I have been using the double neck joints on occasion since I made that first post, and I've done the pulled toes very frequently for the last two years - so the feedback and replies you all so kindly gave me certainly helped inspire my going forward with these techniques.  I appreciate it!

Your bears are all so wonderful Sue Ann and as for Briscoes face ~ what a cutie bear_wub
The double neck joints makes the bear look so much more realistic and can be posed so well and as for the feet - wonderful.

Gets my vote.

Hugs
Carolyn
