Patience is lovely Fran! Her name couldn't be more perfect and I love her expression.
Good luck with the auction!
smiles and hugs,
What beautiful pictures and a lovely message, Julia. Thank you! Warm hugs to you!
I couldn't agree with you more about TT and teddies in general.
Teddy Talk is made up of so many people from different places all over the world and we ARE like family! And it's all because of the teddy bear that we have come together. Hooray for Teddy!
Maybe we should create a Teddy Ambassador for Peace and send him round to all the politicians to line them out. ha ha
Happy Holidays,
He's great Shantell!
With those big ol' beautiful, innocent blue eyes, you'd never know he was such a problem child!
Great job!
Thanks Lynette.
Have a lovely visit and a wonderful Christmas!!
Congratulations!!!!!!
Getting a degree is tough enough without all the extra challenges. You both deserve to be proud! Celebrate!!

Marion, I'm so sorry for your loss.
Pets add so much to our lives and touch us in ways that people can't sometimes. It is so hard to lose them.
I'm sending warm thoughts your way.

Thank you all so much! I can tell you though, if it wasn't for my education here at TT, Bo would have been a very difffernt bear! So thank you... again!

Wow Shelli,
This sounds scrumptious! Great history too.
My tastebuds thank you for sharing! My hips and butt are crying "No, No, Noooooooo......!" But, hey, their voting privileges have been suspended until after Christmas! So: Thank You!! I'm adding a few things to my grocery list!

Patsy,
We have a go!!
Here is the reply I got:
Good Morning Bonnie,
Thank you for your email inquiring about a gift subscription for a foreign subscriber. You would have to pay for your own subscription & an additional $15.00 for the foreign postage for the gift subscription. I hope that answers your question. If I can be of any further assistance, please don't hesitate to give me a call.
Thank you & Happy Holidays
Goldie Mortenson
e-mail me your address and I will sign us up!!

Aw, Jenny, I'm sorry you didn't win.
I'm totally in awe of your bears. They are excellent and utterly adorable so don't be discouraged! Keep entering those competitions! New competition, new day, new judges, new outcome!
...but I do like 'simple' so to be true to myself I have to go that route
You can't go wrong by being true to yourself and your own vision!
beary hugs,
Tania, I think he is wonderful!
The only laugher I can imagine in connection with this bear would be the delighted laughter of the lucky person who gets to snuggle with him!
Congratulations on winning Public Choice!! Hurrah!!

Hi Patsy,
As I said, 'first come, first serve'! (I didn't know how else to do it fairly.)
I checked and they do delivery overseas,
but... it is an extra $15 dollars a year. I sent them an e-mail to see if I can do an overseas subscription for the free one. I don't see why they wouldn't allow that. They will probably want the extra $15 but that would still be a cheaper-than-normal subscription! Hopefully, I will have an answer Monday and I will let you know.
hugs and smiles
I'm sorry I can't really contribute anything useful to this thread, but I am learning a lot.
Jenny,
I am simply in awe of your bears
whether they have 15 pieces or 9 or 3, and I have a ton of respect for your bear-making abilities!!
Kim,
We used to watch the old Batman series when I was a kid. Every now and then it's on one of the the satellite channels and I still get a kick out of it. It's a far cry from the newer Batman movies though!! Either way, ya just gotta respect a guy that's willing to swing from tall buildings wearing a tight black rubber suit! lol

I decided to give myself a Christmas present and subscribe to Teddy Bear Review. When I went to the TBR site to sign up I was greeted with this message:
Spread the joy this holiday season by giving a one-year subscription to a friend for free with your paid subscription.
* Limit one free subscription per paid subscriber. Gift giver and receiver must be different. Giftee, must not be a current subscriber.
I thought to myself, "Self, this is a great deal! Who do you know that you send a gift TBR subscription to?"
My Teddy Talk friends sprang immediately to mind.
So before I subscribe, I thought I should ask....
Is there anyone out there who doesn't have a TBR subscription who would like one... for free?
First come, first serve, I guess. Just let me know.
If there are a lot of you who don't already have a subscription and want one, may be you could pair up and split the cost? This just seems like too good an offer to pass up. Here's the link:
