Well I have been looking at all the ATC/ACEOs on bid4bears as well as the fantanstic bears and critters - so I tried another couple for bid4bears- I hope it is alright to post pictures of them here
Hope you like them
Yes ladies and gentlemen I have TWO swap bears to show:
Little Leo, who is my darling little bear from Terrie in Canada arrived a little while back - but can I tell you all how generous Terrie is - our original swap planned for late January took place Except little Golda that Terrie sent to me never ever arrived - then after waiting and waiting Terrie said she would send me another bear to replace Golda who had not arrived - such a generous lady
So here he is Leo
And needless to say I adore him.
Then there is my other St Patricks swap (I already got a really sweet bear from Erika) this one is from our own dear Penny who despite being unwell managed to create a fantastic bear Blimey O'Reilly who she wrote was too drunk to travel on St Patricks day I love him
and I am only sorry that my pictures to post do not do either of them justice
So thank you both dear ladies - I will treasure Leo and Blimey - they both have a place of honour in my special glass cabinet where I keep my treasures in life

Hi Penny,
Thought I would say hello as I flit in and out again - I was just popping by for a quick read in between posting a new auction on ebay and figuring out whether I should post ATC/ACEOs on Bid4bears tonite - see I am off to London next Friday for some days and am dithering about with sheer excitement!!
They do not let me out of the cupboard very often you see
Sorry about your auction - as far as I know ebay uk does not allow urls in auctions except where there are further product/item details on that site - I will check later tonite and then get back to you with an actual quote from ebay.
I still however think your little Moonlings are terrific - I am sure they will get wonderful homes !!
Doris Day - I love her films - love Annie get your gun!! maybe to do with the name
Well going to pop out agin now and return later
Congratulations to both you and your husband
- such a darling little girl
enjoy parenthood!!
Thanks Laura and Kim for taking the time to post  - okay I get it now - as I said I can be dim and I do think like others have said in other posts that exposure is the way to increase your bears(your?) profile so I will take your advice and comments on board and now at least I will know what to do!!

Kim,
I think this little bear is soooo soooo gorgeous, you are such a lucky bear maker!!
BUT I really think that she lost her way and she should have arrived at my house (only kidding I am just a teenie bit jealous!!)

Hi Sheila,
I think everyone has given great advice - but I think the best thing to do is not to get blue about ebay - I have watched ebay too over the last two years - what a fickle market it can be - I have seen bears go for huge prices which are absolutely amazing artistry and also seen bears which would I assume only suit a specific niche market also go for higher bids than I thought was very likely.
My daughter and son who both sell on ebay maintain it has to do with your item being picked up in a specific search phrase - so if you are aiming for miniature collectors - feature the word miniature in your title and to take that one further if you have a lilac bear to sell - then put the word lilac in the searchable title (maybe it is one persons favorite color) if you think your bear is a funky modern design - then try again to integrate that in the title for search.Okay sorry went on a bit there  all I can say to you is that it seems to work for them in >50% of items they sell
Most important of all do not despair - I think perhaps a large number of people who create bears are soo sensitive that of course they get upset if it appears that no-one has yet chosen to adopt a particular bear - however be confident in your own artistry and maybe try bearpile, or maybe bid4bears as well as considering other advice for making yourself known in the marketplace - I think your little bears are so sweet   please do keep making them
Hi all,
I know some of you wonderful ladies show bears on bear pile - but what I can't figure - maybe I am dumb - if you show a bear on ebay do you show it on bearpile too at the same time?? If yes - which I think is great advertising strategy  - what do you do if someone contacts you about the bear??
Daphne - my thoughts are with you  - I hope everything goes well for your father - Huge virtual hugs
Anne
Gorgeous bear
How lucky you are
Thanks a lot Kim
I can now go off and try and find one - I understand the principle now
Oh yes them!!!
I have thousands of them!! infact I have boxes and cupboards Filled with them!!
I will look forward to the picture - Thanks Kim
So Sorry for your loss Jane
some doojamahickies.. plus a ribbon punch (the paper punch that punches the holes for the ribbon to go through
What is a doojamahickie??
And if you ever get a spare minute could you pleas post a picture/link for a ribbon punch - I made a total pigs ear of trying to punch the sides of cards to tie bits onto
and of course you are welcome
Adding too much is something I think I will be guilty of with my next ones as I went to an Art store the other day and went mental with bits and bobs including what I think must be pop dots that I have seen mentioned in Sonyas bid4bear ATC auctions
