Teddy Talk: Creating, Collecting, Connecting

Hi all this is a photo which I am using for my Hugglets guide 2011 gallery
picture. These are some of my recent bears.The largest is 6
inches tall. I am hoping it is a good choice for the Gallery.

Any news ?

Gosh what a collection maybe you could find a specialist Bear shop near you and ask if they are interested in looking at them. Your nannie may have some rare or old ones that are worth selling individually, for instance I have a Merrythought Cheeky bear which is worth 300 pounds. Good luck with them.

The Vertinary hanging sounds great and your nursery one is so sweet. I had better not start on anything big right now I have too much going on already.

When you choose a gadget choose the link list option and name it ,then you add the name of the site plus the url ,which is the link ,once you see the form you will know what to do :-)

I would be happy to swap links and keep up with all your blogs , because I blog it is the best way for me to keep up with all these lovely bear makers. Also I have just started a new blog because my original blog has to many other crafts on it. If you want to be on the list of bear sellers please let me know.

lots of different reasons, nothing bad :-)
I have been having a catch up read.
One of the reasons I have not had time to post on any forums is I have been doing Greewich Craft Fair (London)
and making enough things to keep going with new stock is pretty time consuming.
I decided to keep my blog up to date in the time I could be online,  so if you are interested in the many things that have been taking up my time
I would love you to visit.
It has been nice to meet my customers in person for a change while selling at the Market and I met two other Needle Felters, one came to run a stall for the bank holiday and the other was just out shopping :-) as you can imagine we had a lovely chat about our fav craft.
here are some photos of recent makes.
They seem to have appeared above :-) They are Miss Mouse, Rabbit and Ratty.

They are lovely,it would be fab to see them all together at the end :-)

I work small and so far have used the Merino or alpaca all though my makes
but I would use a base if I worked large.

I love the colours he chose, So well done (Pat on the back to him) I hope he does more :-)

Hi all I hope you had a Wonderful and Beary christmas I have been so busy I have not been able to post in here for a while but I wanted to say hi and to let you know about a new Online mag for blogs. Craft blogs.
The Editor is looking for contributions from the crafting community and told me she wants to do a Bear issue. It is only new but she is a whiz with the computer and head of the Group Ourcraftshops in which i was an assistant manager until our recent move to ebay group due to msn groups closing.
pop into my blog and look for the mag it is a recent entry
I know there are so many great Mohair divas on here whop would make great content for the mag.

He's adorable

I have made an entry for the CDHM (Custom Dollshouse and Miniatures) contest. I am not allowed to tell you what it looks like. All I can tell you is it is a 1:12th scale piece which means it is 1 inch for every foot (just for those of you who are not familiar with miniatures).  I am allowed tell you I have entered and you can vote on the contest (you never know you may vote for mine I can say it is not a bear which i hope it's ok to post in here about it anyway ) here’s a link to where the poll will be (I think at the mo it is still the contest rules)

The voting is between the 6th and 8th I think. I can’t wait to see what I am up against, as there are a lot of fab Artists in CDHM. Wish me luck and vote if you can :D

I have been really busy with other things too. one of which is  I have been involved with an Etsy Mini Bear group who are campaigning for special catagories for our bears.
