Congratulations Lisa! I also have an article in the magazine, and I must say it is quite a thrill. Pam
Bobbie, I didn't realize you didn't finish it!!! Pam
Marlys, I am so sorry for your loss. Pam
Edie!!
Tami, it made perfect sense to me, thank you for voicing your thoughts here, Pam
Nuns were selling them outside en plein aire at a church . I was there in 1980. And I think you are correct, the circles would have been incorporated after they were made. Pam
It was the summer I will never forget.
Hi Bobbie, when I was in France I saw these sold everywhere, and the ones I saw were crocheted. These look like that to me too. Pam
Aleta I am so happy you got a not so scary diagnosis! You gotta make those houseguests help with the housework so you can heal!! Pam
Welcome back Ellen!! Thanks Tami!! And everybody, gee i gotta get work done!!Pam
Paula, there is a link at the top of the photo that explains her situation and subsequent rescue. I too love the world coming together here at TT! Pam
a teddy bear united nations........
Thank you Shelli, the respect is mutual! I hope Dilu comes back, and we can all just take a deep breath and relax.
Shane that's a cute poem.
Sue, you are right!! I bet that filly thought there was something to eat in there!!
Lisa that is hilarious. A beer with my fellow teddy talkers sounds lovely!
Some of the things alluded to in the post, flaming people on Facebook or other boards, I certainly would not participate in that. These generalities that were put in posts, labeling people and then embellishing.....not being direct.....it was a waste of everyone's time.
Thanks everyone for your kind replies. Pam
Sheryl, the filly was rescued, as I have been with the kindness shown to me by fellow TT'ers. I was stunned to find some TTers rush to judgement about my beliefs on other issues not mentioned in my post. It was very thinly disguised. Anywho, I wont be posting anymore politcal comments.
I have some teddies to make and some critters to stuff. And some rowdy dogs to walk. The horses have been fed, and since the sun is shining I think a ride this afternoon would do my soul good.
The point here is tolerance and kindness makes the world a better place! As do teddy bears....
Have a great day! Pam
Tami this is indeed historic. If you have seen the PETA undercover footage taken in an Iowa slaughterhouse
(which led to unprecedented charges of animal cruelty) you would be ill. I don't know how that undercover guy didn't toss his cookies. Hogs were beaten repeatedly for no reason while they were trapped in chutes, paint sprayed up one sow's nose. Runts were killed by slamming them into the ground, and they were thrown into a pile, still alive. These people had to be cruel to fellow humans as well. It is a well known fact that serial killers start with animals, the neighbors pets are often their first victims. Stopping cruelty in the agri-business is a good first step. Thanks for posting this. I have been following it, and had it posted on my blog. Pam

I hope to never offend anyone on TT. I am above all, an animal lover, vegetarian, and looking for ways to make our earth a kinder place. I think that people and animals are all important. Born or unborn, living free or wild. I hope no one sees my politcal affiliation as a reason to assume anything about me. And I hope no one attacks another member of this board. I did feel I was attacked today.
I felt like this filly did, trapped. So I left, then I thought, well that is wimpy. I unwittingly stuck my neck out there, got stuck. Thanks to all who tried to keep things headed in a more neutral place.
Pam
PS please visit my blog. I do post about my animal activism there. All my pets are rescues, except for my livestock.
I had the pleasure of meeting Deb at TBAI! WHat love here!! How nice. Pam
Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr. beautiful.
Okie dokie Aleta!! I have lots of big ones too, what was I thinking? Pam
Aleta you are so clever! How do you attach the ribbon? Will it come of if you glue it right on the glitter? Pam
Today I got my issue of TBF, wow was it worth the wait! This has got to be the best issue ever!
 The holiday layout is amazing. And a heartfelt thanks for including my little ellie in the Straw Poll article.
But Mindy, are you leaving us for dolls? I read your Editor's Note like always, and what's this about going to the dolly magazine??
Say you are just going to be doing that for a little while, not leaving us forever! We will miss you terribly! Pam
Cut back all the way to the main trunk and dont leave a lot..........trust me. You will be pleasantly surprised. I'd cut back more than a third!!
Deb prune your wisteria back really good and I bet you get blooms! I had a vine growing on an antique victorian fence that was taking over it, it was lush and green, but weighing the wires down. so I pruned it back very sparse, and the next year guess what?? TONS of blooms.
Lovely garden you have Denise, I love your rock border, Pam
Congratulations Tami! Its a great article. I enjoyed the studio article too. And I was thrilled to see my Vaudeville clowns in the Bruins and Buddies section. Pam
When I attended ( twice)I did ok. A lot of people complained about low attendance. Especially the year the floor was being redone, and the main ballroom was closed, leaving Amber and Connie to reconfigure the show at a moments notice. I really enjoyed the weather. Pam

It seems this is real to me, look at the people in the gallery, oblivious to his suffering! Appalling. Pam
Wow what a thread. I lost a sale on a visa card. I used to take them at shows, using a bear show promoter's service, without calling it in. That lady KNEW what she was doing. I have also had orders 50% paid, ship, wihtout getting the balance. I just shipped an ebay sale that was sending a check, since the buyer had 100% positive feedback. So I still gamble....lol. Pam
