Oh yeah, I know just what you're talking about Kimberly! Shopping is VERY addictive... for me it's especially true when it comes to Artist Teddy Bears, shoes, Fossil watches, and clothes in general!
Yikes! We paid less than that for our house and 2 acres of land!!! Of course that was back in 1978, but still...
As long as it's for charity... Way to go R John Wright!
How wonderfully unique! I can honestly say this is the first platypus I've seen anyone create! He's a cutey to be sure!!! Well done Matilda!
Gosh this is a hard question... it kind of depends on the movie for me...
There is really only one actor that is a pure delight as both an actor and as eye candy to me.. and unfortunately, he is no longer alive...
Cary Grant
Just recently my best friend and I went to see the movie "Prime" with Meryl Streep and Uma Thurman. The young man who played Meryl Streep's son and Uma's love interest, had two women in their 50's literally swooning (or was that salivating...)... not only that but he was a really great actor too! What a combination!
Hugh Grant is a cutey. He's self-effacing, which is quite charming! He must have taken lessons from Cary Grant!
I was wondering how many artists on Teddy Talk were in that issue. I know that Judi Paul and Sue Ann Holcomb are in the "Whos Who..." issue. Who else is in Who's Who?? Inquirying minds want to know!
Oh, I almost forgot, there are many pets that are on Dogster & Caster, in pet rescue, waiting to be adopted.
To Denise and All...
I wanted to share a special website with you all. It's called Dogster & Catster. You set up a web page for each of your pets. It's great fun... Denise the picture of your new little fellow is wonderful. Plus just like on Teddy Talk you can show off your precious little furry friends, plus meet other pet owners if you want to.
I like to go through and "give paw". One can look at other's web pages and rank them. You can invite other pets to be your pet's pal, etc. You will see many pets that are on the website that are in memory of a beloved pet, which is really nice.
It's really quite fun.
Here is our Dogster page for Princess Pickachu and Catster page for Milo:

Yes, Sue Ann tis I! One of your many fans.
I not only have enjoyed having her, I truly love her. Quite often she can be found in my lap. On more than one occassion she has had to share my lap with my precious little Princess Pickachu.
It makes it a bit hard to type sometimes, but I wouldn't dream of moving either one of them!
Thank you so much for Madison, Sue Ann.
Sue Ann, Campbell is a tremondously handsome fellow! Thank you for posting him for us to see. It's no wonder he won a 2004 Golden Teddy Award! Who could keep themselves for falling in love with him???
I have always loved your bears... in fact your Miss Madison is sitting just above me while I work on my computer. All I have to do is look up to see her lovely face.
I had the priviledge of adding her to my little bear family in November of 2003.
Freja is absolutely enchanting! An amazing creation... wonderous really!
And Shelli I agree with Loonie. I just love the Teddy Talk Barnyard!
What a sweet little face! Lovely bear Patsy.

Jenny, Gentleman Jim is a charming little fellow! Absolutely precious!
O.K. Judi... I give up... I'm officially smitten...
Did you artists know how difficult you are making things for collectors!?!?!?!
I'm mean how can anyone chose "the best"???
They are all THE BEST!
Jimminy Crickets, but I'm going to have to take a second job so I can afford one of everyone's bears!!!
nanc e bears, Mary Mouse is a wee little treasure! I love the sparse mohair you used and the detail and airbrushing is really wonderful.
Oh my Jenny!!!! What a precious bunny!!!!
Please make more, more, more... My little bear family would love to have someone like Camille join them!
If you don't win a TOBY award for Camille, I will be shocked and frankly dismayed...
Thanks for sharing her with us!
Wonderful vignette Thumperantiques!
Did you make the lovely little lady's dress?
And that ribbon candy brings back wonderful memories... Yup, the whole presentation is enchanting!
Shelli, Posey is gorgeous! You and Michelle Lamb are masters at creating those amazing eyelids. It truly makes the eyes standout!
What I find endearing about your bears is the soulful sweetness in their faces and their bodies. They really are wonderful Shelli.
As you can tell from all the posts Posey is a winner with us!!!
My bras and friends "hang in there" with me no matter what!
Fran, I must say that is THE most unique toilet brush holder EVER!!! Of course you had to love it!!!
The nicest present I ever had, was when my husband allowed me to go to New Zealand for three weeks in October 2000. He gave me some money for my birthday to help pay for the plane ticket.
I sold part of my doll collection to pay for the rest.
It was a glorious trip!
Judi, I'm new to the forum, but I too would like to offer condolences and my prayers for you and your family as you deal with the loss of this precious little friend.
A friend of mine from New Zealand sent me a poem about our beloved pets crossing over the Rainbow Bridge. I wish I could find it for you... it was a silly fanciful little poem really, but when we lost one of our beloved pets it did help. Now whenever I think about one of our pets and the memory brings back the pange of loss, I think about him or her on the other side of Rainbow Bridge having a wonderful time chasing butterflies and lounging in the warmth of the sun...
Blessings and comfort to you and yours.
