Thats what I'm using now Kim. Well I think its the lavender. I've done the head. They are lovely colours. Now to make sure the head looks like a girl as it would be a very 'sweet' boy in lavender!
I've just made a bear out of the frosted to put on this Sunday, its really lovely (the fabric!) stuff.
As yet unamed, but the backing is a light brown and then the frosty colour. It reminds me of iced ginger biscuits.
Great idea. No pressure just join in when you can. I would love to do the Easter one. I'm in!
Hello Mr Thomas!
I like bending rules or even better break them! Lovely!
I used that on my Red panda and it was great, perhaps even more easy to felt than usual.
I love the eyes. Glad to see another mini person on here!
Get back here soon Penny and thanks for all your incouragement!
Yep Aleta you have said it so well. TT was really there for me last year when I was a bit low. I feel loads better and the support on here is fantastic. Posting can be a problem as it has grown so much, but that also means there are more people to share. Thank you for expressing how many of us feel.
Helena my mum was recalled and given a massive information folder and saw specialist nurses who are trained to deal with patients fears and issues and this was before they were even sure what was wrong. Would they let you go the North Staffs? All the ladies I know who have been there for breast treatments said how impressed they were. Good luck.
I love all these bunnies. I will try to make one soon, you have all inspired me. I am very allergic to rabbits. When my nephew's was in the same room to be taken back home (we had been looking after it outside in our former rabbit's hutch) I started having trouble breathing, like someone is sitting on my chest and my eyes start to itch, and the sneezing! The breathing problem lasts for a few hours. Thats why Amy can't have another rabbit.
I would go with Sassy's too for the minis. I use the tiny cotterpins and find them loads better than string jointing. Plenty of pictures when you have done some!
Hiya Lulu. Sometimes I don't get chance to post much, but just reading the posts is great. You are right they do keep us going. Hurray to us all!
We had this happen. We were lucky to notice something was wrong. The vet said it did not look good, but my husband kept giving him water and he pulled through. His teeth had grown a bit funny and he was unable to get all the water he needed. You are right it can happen very quickly.
 I have not had to go through this but my mum had something similar happen. There is no history in our familly and she went for regular checkups and got called back. She had some breast tissue removed, its quite common. Its kind of a precaution as the cells could many years later turn to cancer. She felt very lucky that things could be sorted before they could get serious.
My sister in law had breast cancer and had it sorted straight away, The North Staffs has one of the most fantastic Breast clinics in the country, are you going there or one near to you? My mum said they were fantastic and explained all the options. I'm sure there will be some on here that have had the same thing happen, you are lucky to be monitored and if it is not good news, you stand a better than ever chance of coming through it.
Stay positive, easy for me to say I know, but I hope others will be able help. Hang in there! Amanda.
I love the limbs, they really flow. The toes are spot on and a great body shape. Well done. Welcome from an 'accidental' miniature maker. I made one and I was addicted!
My husband laughed when he read your joke, 'that man at the end is me!' Cheeky bugger! Mind you I always say he must have been evil in a former life, thats why I torment him.
Jane you are always there for us all. I consider you the mother of TT. You look after us all. I once had a dog and he was ill and I thought he would be OK, if he got any worse we would take him to the vets. The next day I had to tell my daughter her dog had died in the night all alone. Your Holly has a chance, all the best.
Friday afternoon. I've just had my breakfast, then the gym. Lunch, then bear making too. Yay its Friday, soon comes around. We had loads of snow yesterday, our country can't cope with it, you'd think we would by now. Have a good day Melissa.
What a cutey. I love the bill, is it needlefelted?
I have been thinking of you all day and just got back from work. Brill news. Thank goodness it can be sorted. Please don't worry everyone, you know Penny, she's a trooper and I'm so glad for you Penny  . I think you are probably drained with the flu and all this, so chill out and look forward to a lovely weekend. Thanks for posting, I was starting to worry a little!
I could never do one that small in mohair. Way to go Melissa!
I like Penny's best, but I'm biased as its my Gladstone (swap bear off Penny) as the bear! Seriously everybody has done a great job and there is no good or bad, just great interpretations!
Spot on Sonya. I would say the same thing, it would be perfect. I did a similar thing for my Red panda, it would work even better on your chosen fabric.
Here is my first panda. Its called Panda. Well I was young when I had it. I was'nt a doll person I just had a Tiny Tears and a Pippa doll. My nephew is 8 and loves cuddlies too. My daughter who is 10 does'nt like dolls but then she does'nt like babies either, only child, can't do with the competition. I made her bears but my nephew seems to have got the bear bug, not her. Bears are so much more cuddly than dolls, but I still have my Tiny Tears too.
