Hi all,

My mom just read somewhere that the prices of fiber fil will be going up soon.  I guess the way that it is produced takes a lot of fuel, so due to the rising cost, there will be quite an increase in the $$$ of fiber fil.  Just wanted to let all of you know, as you might want to stock up if you need to.

Dilu, you already ARE included in this swap, there are plenty of people that would like a golly!  I am ready to draw names now, but am waiting on one other person to answer, if I don't hear from her soon, I am going to have my Mom draw names anyway.  I don't think we are going to have anyone else sign up before Tuesday, and I am getting impatient!  It is hard for me to wait for surprises, I am sooooo BAD!    it is like waiting for Christmas!!

what do you mean about extend the daylight savings time?  clue me in, I never hear much of anything noteworthy, my nose is always stuck in books!

I would think there is some way to insure international, I will see if I can find out. That is crazy to not be able to!!

I didn't think about someone not liking Gollies, so yes, I guess I would need to know that too before getting the partners name drawn.....

I hate the daylight savings time too!  It gets dark too early now as it is, makes it hard to feed all my "kids" (animals) when I get home....

That's a good question, I was going to say we should leave it up to each partner to decide, but maybe we do need to set an end date.
How does everyone feel about everything being sent out no later than the last day of February? And then within that date every partner can choose when to send in case some of you want to do the Christmas time swap....

We have until November 1st for anyone else to join, but wanted to go ahead and ask a few things before I had the names drawn.  We had 20 people but are now down to 19, so we will need one more to be even.  If you know anyone else that would possibly be interested, send them this way!  Or, if there is someone that would be interested in doing two swaps, let me know.

The other question I had was I think there were a couple of people that did not want to send internationally.  Whoever you were please send me an email or private message, so I know before the names get drawn. I looked in the messages, but it has gotten so long, that I seemed to have missed them.  :wacko:

There are some that want to do for Christmas and others that do not.  Don't worry, you won't have to have your sdone before Christmas    You and your partner can work out a time frame that is best for both of you.  I have finals the first two weeks in December, so I know I won't be able to post out by Christmas, so you aren't alone!

8 Satin dresses?  I feel for you!  Satin and I do not get along!!  But I bet the dresses and all the little girls wearing them will be soooo CUTE! Maybe you can join in on another swap sometime, hopefully this one will go well and we can do more.  I was going to be in a bear show in November, the 1st in a long time, but school has kept me way too busy to be able have enough bears for a table, but i do have time to do one for a swap, and hopefully be able to work on some more of my bear designs.  I have been designing my own bears since 2000, but only work on them here and there.  Just a hobby, but really wish it could be more than that.  One day, maybe.

it is nice to be able to chat some with you all on here.  Since quitting my job and just going to school full time, I don't get to talk to my friends very much.  And now to be able to talk to Teddy Bear people is just great!!   :dance:

This place is very addicting, I must admit!  :teddybear:
