These are funny. They remind me of something my daughter sent to us years back. It was hilarious...also written by an English teacher, if I recall correctly, and was excerpts from student essays. I'll have to see if I can find that. It was so funny I know I kept it.
The one that I remember right now was: Beethoven kept a spinster in his attic which he played often.

I definitely think we need a more detailed explanation about Karen's Vegas "misinterpretations." I can't imagine what caused a bunch of you to run down the hallway with security guards chasing you.
Hey, Mindy could assign a couple of you to keep track of Karen and then write up "Karen's Vegas Adventures 2007" in the Live Reporting section, complete with pictures and comments by the security guys. That way we'll get a behind the scenes report, too, and not just the proper "edited for publication version."
Patsy, I'm so sorry to hear you are suffering, too. Aleta is right, I often feel like I have aches and pains, but hearing about others really puts things in perspective for you. God Bless you; I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers, too.

I'm sure you love being home from the hospital. Thankfully you weren't injured as seriously as you "should have been" because of the seriousness of your accident. With your attitude and determination you'll probably surprise the doctors with the speed of your recovery. Good luck with your healing and therapy.

I'm sure it is...and he's in the spring 2007 catalog of The Toy Shop and noted as the first artist designed classic bear. He's really true to your style and he's gorgeous. You must be so excited and proud.

Sonya, I do remember that commercial. It was years ago, but it always made me laugh. I do think of it when I see a bunch of puppies like that. They should bring that commercial back!

Don't know about anyone else, but I think this is just hilarious. I know I have those days and I'm sure everyone else does, too. I can't see how it could offend anyone...although I could certainly understand if you decide to keep him yourself. He's just too darn cute to let go.

I'm so sorry, Laura Lynn. Our pets have a way of becoming an huge part of our lives and we love them so much. I still miss my little Hugo who passed over two years ago. We still have three, and I love them dearly, but Hugo's the one who was so special to me. Sending thoughts and hugs because I know how much this hurts. :pray: :hug: :hug: :hug:
