Much better explanation Daphne of what I was trying to say...thanks!!!
Or...after you've copy and pasted it...see where it says "Quote" with all the other options like "B" "I" "U" etc, rehighlight what you want in the little box...select the "Quote" option and it will put quote codes around what you wanted quoted...poof...little box.
The words "so and so says" won't be there...but you can add that if you want on your own. That only gets added automatically if you use the option on the bottom that Krista mentioned.
Clear as mud...
Oh...how wonderful!!!
I love EVERYONE elses blogs...Lisa's simply cracks me up. I never know what I'm going to find when I open it up...it's like a mini present every time...seriously...she changes it so often!!!
Mine is still evolving...kind of like me...  It's suppose to be about bears...but it's been more about living in the country and kittens...I've gone off track...typical for me...scatterbrained.
I spend more time reading...then writing!!! INSPIRATION...that's my excuse.
Give MY Tigerlily a kiss for me
and tell the Skipster to smarten up and play nice!
So, if you've named Tigerlily does that mean you are keeping her??
Oh Daphne dear, I haven't necessarily decided if I am keeping ANY. As far as actually naming her, I just called her that this morning because she just looked like a sweet little "tigerlily" this morning staring up at me. I could tell she wanted me to pick her up for a cuddle. She sat like that staring for the longest time. I sooooooooo wanted to pick her up...but...well...I also wanted to keep my hand
I don't have anything meaningful to add...other than I find it interesting that anyone would actually think it was OK to do this WITHOUT permission and/or WITHOUT acknowledging the other artists work but then I guess I must tend to be a naive and trusting. Honestly, I find myself sitting here sometimes with my mouth hanging open...(it's not pretty).
Awwww Shantell, they are sooooo adorable! I looooove the little gray striped one. Is that a girl or boy? Just keep posting more.
I'm trying not to be so obnoxious with the kitten pictures.
I think little Tigerlily is a girl...but then I thought Max was too until about a week for HE became Max.
But in my defense it took two vets to decide Max was a boy too...it was all that fur
The little orange kitty is a boy...as are all the other little apricot kittens who momma kept scooped up behind her even though they tried to come out and play...the poop.
Is it as warm at your house as it is at mine?
It's pretty warm out there but we get a nice cool mountain breeze most of the time. We also have the huge trees around the house so there is always some shade somewhere which keeps it the house fairly cool...that and good ol' A/C. I just don't do heat very well anymore...I love it...but it doesn't love me.
Hugs,
I went to send something I purchased and decided I didn't like BACK. Normally would have cost me about $6.50 to return...they now MEASURE THE PACKAGE in addition to weighing it and since I stupidly ripped the package it came in and couldn't reuse it and waited and didn't sent it back LAST WEEK and had forgotten that postage was changing on Monday...I went today. Cost me... $10.50. YEP...I kid you NOT!!! Not because it weighed that much...but because they measured the box...their box even!!! I was needless to say...not very happy. The lady in the line next to me was having a heated argument with the postal guy...I felt sorry for him...was embarrassed for her.
I posted some REALLY cute kitten pictures on my blog...if you are interested in taking a peek...
Ouch!!! Oh SueAnn...that sounds absolutely painful...and just like something I would do....which in my case makes it a wee bit funny...sorry!! I'm sure everyone who knows that wonderful husband of yours will know he had nothing to do with it.
Now...get even with the wall...
Momma is doing well, and she is such a love, she lets us hold her babies already without batting an eye.
Can she have a "little chat" with Skippy? She needs a bit of encourgement in that department.
Although the kittens seems quite happy to come check me out...until a big ol' paw scoops them up...reminds me of some 1960-70's game show.
Congratulations Clare!!!! I'm so happy for you...YAY!!
Daphne....
Are we going to have to have Henry encase you in bubble wrap before letting you out of the house? Wasn't it you who almost knocked yourself senseless with the back hatch of your SUV?
Those knee injuries are very painful...been there...done that...not fun!!! Glad you are taking it all with humor...what else is left? Huh?
Hugs,
Shantell
Awwwwwwwww....cute!!! Skippy just had 5!!! Why do people just leave animals behind or dump them...GRRRRRRRR!!! Makes me so angry!!! Winnie is very lucky to have you taking care of her and her little brood. They are adorable....can hardly wait to see MORE pics.
Hugs
I really adore this series you are doing. I agree with Marlys. You are worry about nothing. The new mommy will love him!!! If not she needs her head examined...
OMG...Kim...that is the cutest picture EVER!!!
I'll be back later with a picture of two of my collectibles
sufferers know way more than the doctors (no disrespect intended)
AMEN!!!
And on a very RARE occassion you actually do find a doctor who although they don't suffer...they so understand and can be sympathetic. Okay...off my soapbox!!!
So sorry you are feeling so down Patsy. Chronic pain is NO fun. Take things one day at a time. Take advice from those who suffer with you, like Sarah....you will learn more from her and those who share in your pain than anyone else.
Big gentle hugs!!!
Okay...I couldn't decide NOW if I wanted too...DAMN!!! (Elize's word for the day)!!!
I made my usual trek to the garage and sat on the floor by the kittens who have sort of started doing this crawling walking thing all over their mother. They recognize my voice and are starting to come towards me. AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!! Didn't take Skippy too long to scoop them back into the nest (WENCH) but still...I shall win the war...she may be Queen (cat with kittens) but I rule this Palace!!!! <insert evil laughter here>
Nappy fur....do you mean crinkly like?
I'm not sure how to describe it...but I guess crinkly kinda curly but not really curly...I'll try and get a better picture. It kind of reminds me of my oldest son's hair... :crackup which is really curly if he were to actually grow it out.
And stop calling that poor wee girl names - she's not a tramp.
I can't help it...you should see her...brazen...I call it as I see it. But it's really a term of endearment. You know Lady & the Tramp...but in this case...it's Gentleman & the Tramp.
I spent some time laying on the floor in the garage right in front of her little cardboard cottage...I'm a sucker...watching Skippy and the babies...she was so cute doing this strange little purring...all I could see was little kitty butts crawling all over her. I'm sure we have 4 boys...and the tiger kitty is a girl (unless some "things" drop over the next few weeks that is).
Deep down I want to keep them all but that is entirely ridiculous!!!
Oh Kim, they are sooooooooooo cute. If I was in a position to have a puppy I'd be snatching one up in a heartbeat...maybe even throwing in a cute little kitten in the deal to sweeten the pot.
Cute cute cute!!! I wuv 'dem mini hotdogs!!!

I am so sorry and sad for you and your family...both human & furry!!!
Awwwww...Eliza...what a touching story...made me all teary. I just love these kind of things. Bless you...
Yep, I'm sure...there's nothing there...GONE!!! Cute, huh!!! They don't have the long hair like Max. One of them has this nappy kind of fur...it's really weird looking stuff...but soft. We are pretty sure the father is this silvery tigery big guy (big like Surrender but shorter haired) that comes around once in awhile. He's absolutely gorgeous. Surrender puts the scoot to him even after being neutered. Skippy actually WENT to him....the little tramp. She must just have really strong genes...along with her disposition.
It just cracks me up that at this age they hiss and let you know their little personalities. The tiger kitty is the biggest and like Max, bulldozes over the others to get to the goods first.
This is the one who I'm not sure whether is a boy or girl...my instinct is that it's a boy...I've had THREE cats like this...all were boys...but as of right now it looks alot like a girl...but then so did Max.
The others are definitely all boys.
Kitty slobbers,
P.S. Confidentially...between me and you...I'm hoping to keep one for myself.
At the request of a few, I'm posting little kitty photos. Skippy's little ones are now 10 days old and their little peepers are starting to open. I've taken pity on the poor girl and let her out of her confinement for mini-vacations (okay...it's really so I can have a wee amount of snuggle time...I admit it). Took some quick and I mean quick pics...and check their well...you know. I think we have all boys (possibly 4 boys & one girl...ones a bit questionable)..no wonder momma's worn out.
They are fat, roly poly and sassy (yes, they can hiss!!!)
Hugs,
