Chocolate might do it!
Mine should be there maybe today or tomorrow, although the lady will still be in bed as I post this. Will check in later.
This is a brilliant swap, thanks Tammi. Don't worry if you are stuck for time, we know how it feels. We don't want this to be a stress thing!
How lovely and funny enough my cousin's daughter Olivia had her first communion on Sunday. My daughter was given a white leather bound bible when she left junior school, although we are'nt very religious its very special to her. It just shows its who from and how its given. A proud nana!
Clare they are brilliant! They will look fab with your bears. I love the whole effect. More photos soon...
Thats how things go. Here in the Potteries a lot of famous ware is now Made in China. Best of it my Auntie who worked for one of the big companies used to deal with the mistakes of the china that came back from China.
I have had many a good day out at Ironbridge and enjoyed the Merrythought opendays. Its very sad.
As a non collector (thats alot of help
) I think it sounds good. Sort of the best of two worlds coming together. I think it would be very collectable. How it works out/shared/profits thats a hard one. I also think if you came from an advertising kind of way it would reap many benefits. Sounds very interesting and could be a winner. Tell more!
Now what can I write thats really naughty?
Its good old Sassy long pile! My bears tend to be about 2 3/4" to 3". Just email away if and when I can be of any help.
Blimey your bear is fantastic, my first mini was hideous. I love to needlefelt onto mine. From noses to eye whites its so easy. Works like a dream. Just email if you want to know more.
The koala has a needlefelted nose.
These look so good. Mine seems a bit too simple now but hopefully you could tell its by me. Hopefully its at the airport ready for the off. Apologies for the box too as I wanted it to go yesterday as it will take a week to get there. See I'm worrying too!
Mines finished too! Mines going West over the Atlantic tomorrow. I've now got to do one for my daughter and I'll do one for a favourite customer. I kept mine simple (I can do simple ) so I hope the lady likes it as she does some outstanding stuff.
I'd better get going as mine needs to travel and to a dreaded 'postal' country. Last time I sent a bear there it travelled around customs for awhile, well thats what we guessed maybe he went site seeing the beautiful countryside.
Hiya Sam. I lost my spark in the summer but its come back then gone again! I've got other stuff going on but there are ideas starting to go around my head so maybe I need to just get going. Glad to hear from you.
Good on you. Sometimes things come together, if you wait long enough. I've had some brill stuff going on as well, I can move house. Ask me a few weeks ago and things looked so different. I know how you feel, life suddenly looks better and you can see a way forward.
I would agree that collectors are saving money for presents, one has told me this. I found after Christmas was good, around late January when the bills have been sorted. You might find it picks up just before christmas when hubby says 'what do you want for christmas?' that kind of thing. I don't think about what I want until late on.....then I go and buy it myself in the sales!
Here it is!

It was working earlier
Just Google persil advert penguin and you should find it.
Persil soap powder! If you buy a big one you get a free penguin inside. Amy has sent off for a wash mit one off the toilet rolls, just collect two tokens. The penguin is called Mumble. Way cute! It is for happy feet, Amy wants to see this.
Hi Kim. Glad to know you may have the answer to your health problems. Its hard to cope with but a little easier if you at least know what you are dealing with.
Count me in! Brill idea.
Years ago when I was young I was playing hide and seek with my cousins and being a cheat peaked through the crack in the door (where the hinges are) my cousin closed it shut and my thumb was in there. It went black and fell off.
The nail that is, not the thumb. Kept me amused for ages watching it grow back. Its surprisingly painful. Look after yourself.
Sophie you have wirked so hard to get your job, a big well done!
That stinks. Do you have free legal aid in your country? There is no way you should be paying for some one elses mistake. It could be you can counter sue the company that lost your paperwork, its basically their fault. Good luck!
Just sums cats up really, a law unto themselves and do what they want. Don't worry I'm having a penguin problem at the moment.
Cat Goes to Heaven
One day a cat dies of natural causes and goes to heaven. There he meets the Lord Himself. The Lord says to the cat, "You lived a good life and if there is any way I can make your stay in Heaven more comfortable, please let Me know." The cat thinks for a moment and says, "Lord, all my life I have lived with a poor family and had to sleep on a hard wooden floor." The Lord stops the cat and says, "Say no more," and a wonderful fluffy pillow appears.
A few days later, six mice are killed in a tragic farming accident and go to heaven. Again, there is the Lord there to great them with the same offer. The mice answer, "All of our lives we have been chased. We have had to run from cats, dogs and even women with brooms. Running, running, running; we're tired of running. Do you think we could have roller skates so we don't have to run anymore?" The Lord says, "Say no more," and fits each mouse with beautiful new roller skates.
About a week later the Lord stops by to see the cat and finds him snoozing on the pillow. The Lord gently wakes the cat and asks him, "How are things since you got here?"
The cat stretches and yawns and replies, "It is wonderful here. Better than I could have ever expected. And those 'Meals On Wheels' you've been sending by are the best!"
