I just ignore it,

just this saturday, I was out for lunch with a collector that had bought one of my bears. I put the bear all nice in a nice box etc and as we were at the table she opened it. Just then the waiter came and exlaimed " What on earth is that? It's the ugliest thing I've ever seen. Is it supposed to be a rat? "
Can you imagine? Sure he didn't know I made it, but it looked like a gift.
So my collector politly tells me she paid alot of money for this rat thank you.

The nerve of some people, they feel soo bad about themselves, this is the only way they can get some satisfaction I guess.

It's super easy to get passed, heck all you have to do is take a screen shot, crop the photo you want out and you're done.

But for some people, the fact that they can't just instantly save your picture will deter them.

I have to admit, pot stirrers like you entertain me. You've had 21 posts and a bunch of them have been rude and argumentative, so for those of us that post regularly and have been an ACTIVE member here for a while, we can't really take anything you say seriously because it's so negative and uncalled for.

Who are you again? Why are you caring what we say here? You dont' seem to take an interest in any other thread and want to respond to that.

It's funny because we're upset that a thread was deleted and the advisors won't acknowledge the fact, because I'm sure by now ONE of them has logged on, but there is NO need to be upset by what we say, just don't read it please if you don't like it.

I could search on-line all day and find offensive material, where do you draw the line and just keep your mouth shut?

I'm with you Danni........I've also had issues and you know what? It's no big deal to me, and I wouldn't think twice about it, but then issues arrise like this? Obviously the powers that be read here and delete however they see fit, I just wish they could at least be public about it. Tell us why it was deleted, someone speak up!

What are we supposed to do when we are getting bullied from an advisor? It's a tough situation to be in, because we all enjoy being here and don't go out of our way to seek conflict. But there comes a point when you just have to stick up for yourself no?

I guess Pm's aren't private....good to know!

The only think I can add, is maybe it got deleted because the private PM's between Dilu and Daphne got posted publically. I know I wouldn't appreciate that. BUt then again, that specific post could've been deleted as well.
But that's just a guess, I'm also not trying to "fan the flames of discontent"

Also, are our PM's private or are they read?? Anyone know

It's tough to be a parent. I don't dont' know from experience, but it sounds tough.

The only thing you can do is be honest, but at 19 you just KNOW you know everything. There isn't a doubt in your mind. You're wrong.........but you don't find that out untill later, so all you can do is be honest and supportive and come to us to vent..................

At least that's my experience.

I know Daph, it IS crazy, but if you can get a good following on ebay, you can make some good money. Some artists sell regularly and for lots. Yes, they are few and far between, but I have to admit, I'd love to be one of them, so I will also be trying ebay.

And bid4bears.....I won't forget.

That's pretty cool Daph, but I have to admit I'm not sure what a 'trunk show' is.

I would like to make my own ebay template. How do I do this? can I just use photoshop and Dreamweaver to create the HTML and then upload to ebay? Is it that easy or am I missing something?
