He is great!
I may have asked this before I can't remember!
Does anyone know anywhere in the UK I can get plastic armature?! I am down to my last foot and can't find it anywhere. Tinkerbell creations did have it but its been out of stock for ages.
I'm a desperate woman and will start to crack up if I search anymore!!
Thank you for your kind comments
Wow thats amazing! I need one, but can't find it in the UK.
I'd have to watch my fingers with that though... ouch!
So sweet!
What a great cat! I love the blue colour and the way it fades lighter. Great fish bones

Finished him today. He's 16" and made from faux fur, which I have to say is very messy, but I love the effect of the fur. Fully armatured with a Lockline spine and wire in the arms and legs for full possibility.
My son won't let me sell him, as he has fallen in love with him!
so sweet! I love her
Can anyone help?
I am trying to find wizpick felting needles in the UK, does anyone know where I can get them.
I have found sites outside of the UK but postage is so expensive!
Hi,
Can anyone help with my bear?
I bought him on Ebay and was told he was from around 1930/40's, but there are no labels so not sure.
He is wood wool filled and had some repair, I can also see he at sometime had sewn claws.
I was wondering if he was a Chiltern bear but, as I say, not sure!
To clothe or not to clothe, that is a vignette?!
Each bear, to my mind at least (!), has it's own thoughts, own personality and to choose whether or not to clothe or have them in a vignette is an awkward question to answer. Your bears are GORGEOUS and always seem to be adopted, which tells me that whatever you are doing is right! Sometimes it's instinct that leads the best way, other times logic - head vs heart I guess, or practical vs artistic. Being cost effective is important to all of us - if you can make a living doing this - but whatever is in your heart will, I feel, override everything else.
Staging is all part of the sell / adoption, and if someone loves the 'scene' created, then they may well wish to maintain that in their own home, whereas others may want to create something different. I guess if you make the scenery or travel about to source it, then that will increase the price. Having a split price, with or without the accessories, might be the way to go and give you options for pricing and some flexibility. The style of your bears and the staging that goes with them gets me every time I sneak a peek - it all works so well together and has a unique style, something which is really important. They are great!
(Dictated by me, typed by my husband - HELLO, HUSBAND HERE! - as I have dyslexia and it all runs across the page when I do it!)

HUSBAND CLEARLY NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO GET SIGN OFF...;-)
Thanks everyone thats really good news to hear!
I havent sold anything for a couple of years now due to illness etc, so now i'm all back to normal (what ever that is lol), everything seems to have changed on Folksy, where I first started and I don't like it.
I think I will definitely give Bearpile a go.
