Many thanks for the lovely comments.  He is on his way to Canada.  It's a good job he has such a thick coat.  The winters can be brutal! 

Too cute.  The little darling reminds me of Monty, my Maltese.  This photo was taken of him as a pup.  He is now 8 years old but still a really playful little scamp.

Christingle is a large, polar bear looking for a home for Christmas.  You can find out more about him at the Christmas Treasures online show.  The show closes tomorrow.  He has a locline neck and spine and wired limbs, so can be posed in many different ways.  He is made from a wonderful, dense German alpaca.

Re: an inset muzzle - If you are concerned about the seam lines showing, ensure you use a dense fur and take great care with the direction the fur pile is running on the side head, gusset and muzzle pieces. I often cut side head pieces with the fur running about 120 degrees from the vertical. (facing forward)

I'm pretty sure it is an Aerlinn Bear pattern by Esther Pepper.  She has an Etsy shop, where she has some of her patterns for sale, so you may be able to contact her through Etsy and ask if the pattern is still available.  Hope this helps!
