Thanks for the reminder Shelli.
We can always count on you.
Wow Jared I bet you can sing then eh?? Pretty cool. I can play instuments, but I sure cant sing!! Too bad you can't find anyone to sing with. It's always better to share these things.
Shelii, I know the song you are talking about. The Eminem song about his daughter Hayley. I hear what you are saying, but I find he's more whining about nothing. Sure it may be slightly valid, but all he does is whine, and I don't feel too bad for him, just for his daughter. But that's just me. Not a big fan, although he does have lots of talent. I can't deny that. I just think his "poor me" attidude is rather lame.
I on the other hand, can appreciate all types of music. I do like hip hop and anything with bass. I'm a big car stereo junkie so if it's got good beat, and can make the car rattle, I'm a happy girl. Plus, having a classical music background that is also good, and suprisingly good in the car.
I love to hear about our diverse tastes, you just never know what is going to appeal to someone with something so personal as music.
Oh Marie, you make such sweet bears!! Your swap memebers are very lucky girls.
Can I ask what Chocopie's nose is made of?? It's very nice.
Thanks for the pics, very important.
Ahh Julia. How very sad. Around this time of year it's tough, but it's always tough to loose a member of the family.
Having lost pets before I feel for you. What a special little dog that had such purpose.
Sophie you did the right thing by venting here. Sometimes even just doing that will help a tonne.
Plus, Helena has a great tip. Make a list, helps put things into priority.
And men, well what can I say to that?? They never seem to be using the right brain at the right time.
Of course you won. Not suprised at all. But that doesn't take away from the suprise or the delite. Congrats well deserved
MEN ARE SOOO HARD TO BUY FOR!!
Even they don't know what they want. I told my boyfriend to ask for mohair this xmas. Might as well.
Daphine, I've been avioding this as well. Maybe I'll do some on-line shopping that isn't mohair. It is a great way to buy for family that lives far away.
Sounds like you girls are just sooo darn organized.
Thanks for the motivation though, I need it.
As for gifts for men,
Because they are so picky I like to get gift cretificates for Future shop or some other electronic store. There is always stuff there they want, and that way they can pick out their own gift. Other than that, men are very hard to buy for. Grrrrrr
Shelli !! My sister used to live in SanJose and my favorite city in the whole world is San Fran. Love the energy there, and boy did I make a tonne of pocket change doing tarot readings there. Great place!
WOW!!!! Soooo cute, even the guy sitting behind me all day at work had to comment, and he sees me looking at bears all day.
Deb, I am taking that course now and it's self directed but the course does only stay open for soo long. A couple of months maybe?? But I'm sure you could always print it out. But it's nice to do it while it's open, because then you get a good chance to ask the instructor questions etc. Well worth it, and I'm VERY slow to finish it.
3. If you are making a 2 piece body, add darts at the bottom to give fullness. Remember you can add more than one dart, I use three small darts.
6. JUST HAVE FUN! How's that saying go... "Don't sweat the petty things and don't pet the sweaty things"
I never thought of using more than one dart in one place. So if you use 3 small darts, does that mean, 3 small ones side by side?? Or up and down??
Now I wish i wasn't at work so I can try it!!
Shelli you crack me up. I can just picture our lovely liberated bears, pulling themselves along the floor with their teeth........................................
They are just soo amazing!!!! That would be my favorite wedding gift for sure.
Okay, maybe I'm just crazy, but Stephani, I really like that also.
I've just been looking here on Interacal for that mini fabric, but can't find it. Could someone send me a link??
Thanks
Heather
Patzy, it IS an on-line course. Very easy to take.
You can find it at the EZ bear university. Cheap and well worth it.
Heather
I agree with Helen,
I'm taking the Designing teddy course, and I can tell you it helps!!!
I can't draw to save my life, but somehow I have learned how to draw great patterns now. It's all I seem to doodle now.
If you can afford it Shantell, I would highly recomend it.
Heather
Jenny,
I'm not a big fan of girly bears, but this one is to die for!! Just amazing.
THanks for asking this question Shelli, always good to know.
Heather
Wow, what a great story.
It's nice to hear really, I often get lots of negative feedback when I'm trying something different. Maybe I should enter them into something??
Great bear though.
Nice to have you here as well, I know many of us has spent few $'s at your store. Sooo many things to buy, and with all your new products................
Heather

Heather
Judi, those Bears are sooooo cool!
Where does your talent end???
I've never seen such large bears. I have knitted a horse, maybe I'll try another one, and felting it.
Thanks for the inspiration,
Heather
