I'm joint trimmer too ! 
I trim exact size on hard board for arms,legs,body and
even under the heard , I love doing it be cause
joints fit better. ( for mine  )

For me...chocolate  works !!!  he he
but if I have only 1week to make 2bears, I think I do 100% work(sleep 5hours only) on MON,WED,FRI then I do 70% work(sleep 8hours)on TUE,THU...... THEN don't sleep much on last day.... then I should have more than
30hours for bear making. 
This is what I did on last show and I was soooo
exhausted.......I know it's not healthy for your body !!!!  but some people are ok with
sleeping less.... I wish I was one of them.  :bday:
