I have come across some mini bear pattern pieces from 10 years ago. I had used the lids off formula baby milk, made from thin metal. You know the ring pull bit of the can at the top. I remember cutting it with old scissors as its very flexible. Could something like that do?
What a corker. I'm waiting to open Penny's swap bear at Christmas. But then I don't have surprise presents so it will be a real treat. Saying that as Penny says she can't wait so she will be posting her swap bear (to me) in the showcase section. AMANDA KEEP OUT OF SHOWCASE.
My mum always said if I watched too much TV I would have square eyes. I hope you find what you are looking for.
It would do my head in to. Just let some steam off here and at least post a feedback reply. Good luck.
If you go to the post office website you can put the weight of the parcel in, where you are sending it, how you want it sending eg.international signed for etc and it works it out. You will need a cn22 sticker (the post office gave me loads but they will get one for you when you are there). Stick this in the left hand top corner. Its for customs. I write 'teddy in gift box' then the lady at the post office writes the weight in, then the cost in sterling, and I tick the other box and sign and date the bottom of it. your address on the back. Thats it really. If you want to email me some details I can work it out for you as I have got a price sheet at home.
You'll get the sack Anne! Great idea Kim.
Someone has placed a bid on a bear. I was going to contact the bidder with a warning, then I thought what if they then have spyware or something when you click on? Makes you wonder.
You want the international dialing code like Shantell said, the 44, which is the Uk, then the first code is area like 01782 is for mine Stoke-on-Trent, then of course the next is the actual phone number. Good luck.
They are always going on about higher heating prices. We use mainly gas in our homes. My husband used to work down the pits (coal mines) and we had free coal for a few years, but Margaret Thatcher closed them all as they 'were not' viable. Our area had lots of mines and both my grandads worked in them. Like many places who knows what will happen, as oil, gas runs out. I have'nt had chance to read the newspapers or watch the news, but it might take a few days to totally put the fire out. I don't think its terror linked but I suppose we will know more in the next few days. Penny and Jane live quite close so they might know more.
Kim I use one Laura suggested. Its very good for what I need. Saying that I use the white balance on my camera and set the macro distance and find I hardly have to change a thing. Just crop, Reduce to 72 pixels and sharpen. I used this program for my avatar.

Thanks also from me. It was a lovely idea of Mandies, and thanks to Shelli for helping too.
Its the eyes in the eyes and mouth of MaeLynn when she is a bit older. I can definately see the same mouth shape. Its great to see your giant bear again. Thanks Jared, shes a cutie.
This got me wondering. I have changed my avatar from the gold bear to my mini panda. I'm doing more minis now and my bear making name is Pandy Potter. Does anyone else miss other peoples avatars when they are changed?
When Helena changed hers from the waving bear, I kind of missed it. I'm used to her new one now, but it was odd at first. Does anyone else feel like that? Heres my old one.
I was awake this morning and why I was thinking of your jacket, I don't know, but it got me wondering. Was it real fur for bears, or plush or were you going to wear it? Just wondering as you do if you wake early!
Yay another mini girl. I love the tootsies. More please.

I used these. They are very quick on delivery and you can use paypal too. The postage is reasonable as well.
I would say as you have got your money back, its up to her to send you the money to return it to her. Otherwise I'd just stick it in the cupboard and let her sort it out. It serves her right for not being honest and upfront. On the subject of fur coats I had a lovely mink coloured cropped/bolero style one from Markone. It was out of the children's section and age 14, it was reduced from £25 to £10. They have some nice adult ones too for about £15.
You might not have the bear, but its still spooky how much your great great great great (is that enough greats?) gran looks like your neice. Can you put a picture of your neice on to show everybody?
Not silly at all. He looks great. Being very honest here if he did look silly I would'nt say outherwise. He looks really good. You have come a long way with the felting. It is'nt so long that the felting stuff was under your bed! Well done.
Bailey's and vodka!
He is really rather good. Years ago I saw gollies made from pipe cleaners and I always wish I had bought one.
Penny sure has an interesting taste in presents. Has she been a good girl though? Going by that I think you can have George from Rainbow!!!!
I might order some stuff to make a fairy, I've never done one before and a lady called Claire has some lovely kits. I have to get my own present then pretend its off Amy, but I get what I want then!
Don't worry Jenny we guessed you had other things on your mind. New babies are hard work, well I only had one, say no more. I hope your NEC fair went well or was it London? Speak to you here soon.
Your little dog would'nt know it was Christmas time but it would have known how much you loved and cared for it. Thats what matters.
Hes lovely. You know you got me going on them too. Do some more you've got a real knack there.
