However my bear is not done yet too !!!
I need to sew 2 more foot pad and I will be done with sewing part but..
I need 2hours each to stuff each leg and arms and more time for head! :lol:

Clare, I can see both bear and they are so adorable!!!
I never made a short pile bear but now, I really want
to try it !  Clare, did you hand sew?? or do you use
machine too ?(sorry if I ask same question before...)
Your bear has perfect balance in face and body and If you used machine I think you are machine killer!!!
PS. 1st sewing machine killer was Dilu and I know
most of the Artist here is machine killer...... he he

Hayley, Yes I had a fun making him.:D
The alpaca was so soft and fun sewing.
I  knit the scarf & hat and this is my first
hat I ever made.   I did not made the sled do,
I bought it from craft store with 100Yen
only(Less than $1.00 ) and painted with varnish.

Holly Night-(Christmas)♪♪
My photo technique is no good but
this was my best shot with my camera on

Material information:
Quality ALP4/ST - Color 800ST-Chocolate with Black Tips at Intercal.(Bear is 14inchs and I used 1/4yd.)
This is very soft Touch and I love it.

I am so glad hear that Judi's case went well. :)

Hayley, sorry to let you worry about me.( everyone else too ! sorry !)
My kindred Mrs. K was died about 1year ago(which I never heard in my life even my mom don't know her) and
she had no child or parent alive so some how I became the 8th heritage successor. well no one contacted me for this case
until the Mrs. H sue me to pay the dept of Mrs. K because I was the 8th heritage successor.
I don't know how this was happen to me and this is only my presumption but..
I think The Mrs.H was not in title to inherited Mrs.K's heritage but claimed court to inherited the heritage because
Mrs.K owes something to Mrs.H.  But court did not accept her request and she found about me. who didn't know
what is going on and who did not claim her heritage yet......
In first place I did not claim the heritage because I am so far(in relative wise..)from her and maybe the
1th-7th heritage successor are all not knowing about this !
Anyhow..
I contacted the court and consults with attorney and I decide to quit accepting Mrs.K's heritage(I feel I have no right and the price was
not enough for getting to this trouble!!!)and tell Mrs.H that I am not the heritage successor anymore so she has no right to sue me anymore.
The problem now is To quit heritage successor....I had to prove the relationship with the kindred who dies to fill out the paper work !!!
Being protected in private information protective low it is so hard to get those information..........I had to contact so many public office
to collect the relationship confirmation paper but I am almost done with collecting them . Hope we will manage this with no hurt for
everyone.
Now I know the I had the kindred name Mrs.K and I am so sorry she had no child to claim her heritage and some one asking for it
and messing things up. I just pray for Mrs.K  and wish she is be in safe place now and I will remember her from now on....
Oh boy, sorry for long story with my boo-boos English.

I don't make mini bear but my left hands(thumb and wrist) always hurt  when I'm working on bear
for long time and without taking breaks........  I do stretch for my hands, arms, shoulder(as Dilu said )
for every hour and that will preventing  me from getting too much hurt.....
I hope your left thumb pain stop soon.

Oh now...I think I'm little late here....
I do have problem for setting eyes, ear in perfect position.
I do same thing with Laura said " Look at your bear in the mirror " and it really helps me.

Oh, TV and Movies ?
For English language channel we have Animal Planet,FOX,Mystery Channel（US/UK movie). CNN and I often watch them.
I like the movie "God Father" ...great movie and first movie I sew with my own money , "Terminator 2"..first movie I saw with my husband. " ET".................first movie I cried so hard. ahahaha oh, you can't forget the "Harry Potter" too ! Can't wait to see next one !

Japanese makes very very scary movies...did you see
" RING " in American version ? it's so scare and I couldn't watch
whole thing.

Sue-Ann, I want to see your new big creation !!!!!!

I like to make  a 15inchs bear now because I can use up all 1/4yard mohair and
they are huggable size. Also I like the 3/4inchs long or 1inchs long pile but if I use them for small bear the bear will be some-thing else...hair monster ??

From my not-enough experience, I think small size(under 6inchs) and big bear
(over 14inchs) both are not EASY to make(or any size bear is not easy.....hmmm)
Small one need allot of patience and big one need allot of POWER for stuffing, eye placement etc....

But... I do like small ones too. they are just so cute with tiny body.
I shall try to size down my bear too and hope I can manage that .... :P

Good luck for everyone trying to down size / enlarge size !!
